We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to have certain items readily available, and I’d like to address those concerns directly. We have since changed our cleaning staff, as they were a significant pain point in our operation, and we're confident this will greatly improve our service going forward. Regarding the missing shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner, I’d like to clarify that we no longer provide these items due to recurring issues with theft. This is something we are actively managing to ensure we can continue to offer our guests an affordable and comfortable stay. We're sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly prior to your arrival. As for the trash bins and the items that were meant to be delivered during your stay, this is not the level of service we strive for. We have spoken with our new cleaning team and are ensuring these issues are addressed promptly in the future to avoid any similar oversights.
