Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from multiple west-end beaches.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 4 pets are welcome between the two homes with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for up to 7 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Unwind and soak up the island vibes on the private covered back porch. This relaxing space features a BBQ pit perfect for grilling up a feast, alongside a dining table for memorable al fresco meals. For quiet moments of reflection, head to the front porch with its two rocking chairs, where you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying the gentle breeze.

As you step inside the second house, natural light fills the open-concept living area, where the inviting kitchen and bar seating create a warm space for sharing meals, laughter, and stories. Three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms ensure everyone can relax and recharge for the next adventure.

Two of the bedrooms offer luxurious king-sized beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom caters to families or larger groups with a queen bed and a fun configuration that includes two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds – perfect for slumber parties or game nights! But the surprises don't stop there.

Across the yard, a charming converted shed, a unique space that cleverly combines relaxation and recreation. This multi-functional room features a cozy sleeping area with a full-over-full bunk bed and a full-size futon, along with a dedicated game area for friendly competition.

These two homes share an expansive yard offering a perfect balance of privacy and connection. You can enjoy your own space while still having the option to gather with your larger group for shared meals, games nights by the firepit, or simply spending quality time together under the endless sky.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
