Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Short review

Condo was very nice,clean and well stocked. Only true negative was the master bedroom’s mattress was well beyond soft so not good for anyone with back problems. We did contact management company who came out and confirmed that the mattress was not very good but Owners response was that’s was their preference which I completely understood.

We loved the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bad side of our stay was the elevators were slow and we had some issues with checking in. But overall our stay was great and we will stay here again in the future .

Cutest condo right on the beach

Everything was perfect about this trip. Super cute decor and loved being able to open the door and listen to the ocean. Host was very responsive and didn’t have one issue with our stay. Would definitely give them more stars if I could. Will definitely consider this place the next time we are headed back to the beach.

Very relaxing vacation - no worries. One shower is walk-in with a hand rail.

Has reserved covered parking spot right across from elevators. 4 fast elevators that are always working. Easy beach access ramp that is large enough for beach wheel chair. Condo staff were extremely helpful when I had trouble with motorized beach wheel chair. Beach attendant proactively adjusted included umbrella as the sun moves. If you go down to the beach and he is out for lunch, he leaves a two way radio out so you can call him. Very clean and comfortable condo. Air handler system had an air filter that was newly replaced (some condos have no air filter). Fantastic view of the ocean - balcony is right over the beach. Sitting out on balcony is like sitting on the beach, but no sand. Ramps for wheel chair access to balcony are stored in the main closet. Most of the balcony cannot be seen from the other balconies. Refrigerator made plenty of ice and had good freezer. Stove top was smooth ceramic. Washer and dryer were handy inside condo, but out of the way.

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the view!

Helen is the property manager and was very helpful and available to needs and concerns. The property was as described and had a great balcony. Our unit came with a parking spot and beach chairs which was very helpful with two small children. Loved the location for us because it was easy to get around. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Perfection

Ocean View Condo

This property has a magnificent view of the ocean. The place was spotless and very clean. My only suggestion is that they upgrade the mattress on the pull out couch. It wasn't very comfortable. That being said, I would definitely recommend this place and I would certainly book it again.

Tastefully decorated

Not your typical beach decor. Very tasteful decor. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay. Only complaint was there was something unidentifiable and smelly in the kitchen disposal and bathroom sinks drained very slow. Small issues and would stay here again! Owner very responsive!

You won't regret staying here!

Our stay (4 adults) was AMAZING! We have stayed in several places in PCB but this is one of my all time favorites. The area is on the quieter side of the strip, but still close enough to the action if that is what you like. The unit is as shown in the pics, was clean and we had everything we needed to chillax like we were at home and prepare meals in the condo. The staff onsite is amazing, friendly and they have security onsite as well. Beds were VERY comfy, the balcony is LARGE compared to other places and provides a completely breathtaking view. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a welcome addition to our stay as well. Helen was extremley responsive to my questions and made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was without issues. We were even able to have early check-in upon our arrival. THANK YOU, HELEN! Don't hesitate to rent this unit. You won't be disappointed at all!
