Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We’ve really enjoyed the apartment. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to feel at home away from home. We truly appreciated those details.
However, we’ve also experienced some issues that have significantly impacted our stay. The main concern has been the drainage issue in the shower. We reported it upon our arrival and received a reply assuring us that someone would come to fix it the next day, but no one ever came. We waited until Monday and followed up with another message, but unfortunately received no response, and the problem was never resolved.
Additionally, on Wednesday there was constant drilling due to construction work happening in one of the apartments on the 3rd floor. The noise began early in the morning waking us up and continued throughout the day, making it impossible to rest or even take an afternoon nap. This disrupted the peace and quiet we had been enjoying earlier in our stay.
To make matters worse, the elevator went out of service around 4 PM, apparently due to workers overloading it with heavy construction materials. We had to use the stairs to carry our belongings and later groceries, which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient.
The elevator was still out of service at the time of our checkout. This forced us to carry all of our belongings down the stairs manually. It took us four separate trips up and down, each with a heavy load. This was exhausting.
