This furnished apartment is situated in Kalorama, a sophisticated and quiet neighborhood. Here, stunning colonial homes and embassies line the organized and manicured streets. This exclusive residential area is home to many ambassadors, politicians and prominent figures who are drawn to it’s beaux-arts architecture and old-world appeal. Numerous restaurants and art galleries are just a short walk away. However, young and lively nightlife spots like Dupont Circle and Georgetown are easily accessible as well. From Kalorama, the White House is seven minutes away with public transit. Reagan National Airport is around 20 minutes by car or 35 minutes with public transit.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
