The space:
Traditional rural farmhouse located in the heart of an active farming village surrounded by many small family run farms. 4 bedroom, two-storey house with a large private and peaceful outdoor garden, BBQ and patio area enveloped in greenery and nature, with views of the nearby hills and the Brandon mountain range in the distance.
The ground floor is made up of a cosy living room kitchen area; an expansive extension with a dining area, work space and living room. There is an outhouse which contains a small "at-home" gym, a ping pong table, and additional workspace.
The en-suite master bedroom with King bed is also located on the ground floor. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 small-double, and 1-twin room. As well as a full bathroom.
Dúlra (dool - rah) means "elements" or "nature" in the Irish language and each of the four bedrooms is tastefully designed to reflect one of the 4 elements of nature - Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. Our hope for your stay is that you will relax amongst the elements of nature in this idyllic home away from home.
Guest access:
The whole farmhouse, surrounding gardens and outhouse is available for guests to enjoy at their leisure. Curl up with a book in front of one-of-two stoves, spend quality time together over a board game, relax outside while listening to the birdsong, cook up a storm on the BBQ while the kids play ping pong or run around the lawn, or work away undisturbed in one of two dedicated workspaces.
