Set along a private drive shared with only one neighboring property, the setting provides the calm and privacy guests seek while remaining conveniently close to Brown County State Park and the amenities of Columbus.

Inside, the home offers multiple levels of comfortable living space designed for families and groups. The main level welcomes guests with a foyer leading to a bright living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake and rolling valley below. The house was big enough for our extended family, the kitchen was nice and big with a great view- nice little pockets of seating areas inside and out so that everyone could be comfortable.

Very clean, spacious accommodations for our 9-person group and dogs. Large, well stocked kitchen, great wood-burn fireplace, large main level patio is safe for kids and pets to roam and additional large lower level patio would be a great place to hang out in good weather. Good sized bedrooms made it easy to put all our stuff out of the way without being cramped. Strong communication with Host and they did everything they could to make our stay truly enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful property!

When this place says it sleeps ten , they mean it we had ten girls and we slept comfortably! This place was so clean and so beautiful inside and out including the property! Great place to stay to fish and as well as check out the shopping area they have 15 mins away! So peaceful!

Overall Great Experience

Overall, the house had plenty of room and was stocked with quality pans and items as advertised. The pond behind the house was nice as the kids enjoyed fishing off the deck. The only real improvement was the amount of ticks in the area so I'd suggest some mitigation efforts to spray the nearby grass. Again, no issues with the house and stay itself.

Thank you for staying with us. We certainly cannot argue with you about the ticks, but they ( the ticks) like trees as much as grass!! We do need to mention a couple of issues the cleaner mentioned, somehow you left ALL the doors unlocked and front door was open as well. There was also a mirror taken down off the wall. It was too heavy for her to put back up so she had to call in help. She did not charge us for the additional help. We try to mention in our policies that if you move furniture, etc., you need to put it back. Our cleaners are independent contractors from our company so they normally charge extra if they have to call for extra people to help them. We are glad you all enjoyed your stay and hope you can come back again for another visit in our area.
