For those who love city living, this is the place for you. Our condo is located in a safe, downtown pedestrian friendly area of Victoria. It is an easy walk to Market Square, transportation, shopping, restaurants, cafe's, brew pubs, historic buildings, theatres and Victoria’s Famous Inner Harbour. 1 block away is the Gate of Harmonious Interest, Canada’s oldest Chinatown, 3 blocks to the Victoria Public Market and 2 blocks to the waterfront & the Victoria Harbour Ferry Stop!

The Space
Our condo is a beautiful, fully upgraded one bedroom, one bath including a complete bathroom renovation in 2023, creating a walk-in shower, upgraded shower head, new flooring & quartz countertop, luxurious towels, shampoo, conditioner, paper products and soaps for your stay. We also renovated our kitchen, with new cabinetry, quartz counters and brand new appliances (fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher)! We have a brand new queen mattress purchased in 2021, a beautiful pillow top with high quality linens and a brand new leather Lazy-Boy reclining couch, purchased in 2022! Oh, and we almost forgot, we bought a brand new 50" Smart TV in November of 2023! We hope you enjoy all of our upgrades!

Let's not forget about Fan Tan Alley, Dragon Alley, Trounce Alley.....so many unique and iconic areas of Victoria will be at your fingertips when you stay in our condo!
