The Casa della Pianista is a labor of love. Over many years, the 200-year-old house was renovated by Kerstin Baumgartner and her family until everything was just as they envisioned.
In 2012 they decided to open their doors and arms to friends and guests, to enjoy the peaceful lakeside location with a public small beach just in front of the house and the tasteful restoration of the house. Both the attic loft Monte with mountain views and the Torri apartment with a lake orientation are simply and elegantly furnished, a blend of exquisite antiques, old doors and modern elements that immediately evoke a sense of well-being. High ceilings with white wooden beams create space, brightness, and coziness – perfect for unwinding after a day of vacation.
You can feel that the owner devoted special love to every detail in each room. When the gentle lapping of the lake reaches through the windows in the evening, it could almost be like a melody – perhaps the one played by the pianist who called this place home many, many years ago.
