Only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from Javea Old Town. Also close to the Port, which still has its fishing community and fish market also has a marina, beach, lovely shops and plenty of restaurants. And ‘El Arenal’ with its beautiful sandy bay, shops, restaurants and bars.
The space
An extremely beautiful and totally restored traditional finca very close to Old Town Javea. Situated in the foothills of the Montgo National Park with valley, mountain and sea views this is a perfect place to stay for discerning guests looking for a touch of real Spain but with all the modern conveniences. Villa Katherine has been fully restored to the highest standard and with impeccable taste. All the traditional features have been preserved. The kitchen has a country style feel about it while still incorporating all the normal modern appliances. The bathrooms have also been very tastefully upgraded recently and are modern when it comes to function. The villa hosts 4 bedrooms, consisting of 2 double rooms and 2 rooms with twin Beds. All 4 bedrooms are of good size and have air-conditioning. Large sitting room with a fire place and separate large dining room. Landscaped wonderful garden with many mature plants, trees and palms and makes a wonderful playing area for the kids. There is private parking for numerous cars. It has a private south facing, 10 x 5 metres gated pool (child friendly), a naya (covered terrace), and a built-in BBQ for “al fresco” dining. The large enclosed naya is perfect for all year round lounging with seating and dining areas. The villa’s courtyard makes a wonderful ambience for morning breakfasts.
