You will be provided a Key and FOB for entering and exiting the building. You will also be provided a Garage Access Transponder to access the parking structure after check-in.
1. Pets Clause: "No aggressive breads are allowed on the premises. Additional cleaning fees of $45 plus a $15 per day/per pet charge. Max of 1 pet"
2. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. “Only the guests staying are allowed to be in the house. We have a Minut noise sensor that helps monitor noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees $750 and potential eviction.”
3. No Smoking Clause: "This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees $500 and potential eviction."
4. Airbnb Fee Clause: "Please note that additional fees may apply for specific services or amenities, such as early check-in or late check-out. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon in advance, and failure to adhere to the agreed-upon terms may result in additional charges."
5. Early Check-In Clause: "Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in requests must be pre-approved by the host and are subject to availability. Unauthorized early check-ins may incur additional fees of $45." We must maintain these regulations since we have to allow sufficient time for cleaners to complete a satisfactory job in between guests.
6. Late Check-Out Clause: "Check-out time is 10:00am. Late check-out requests must be pre-approved by the host and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees $45 per hour." 7. Lost/Destroyed house key and/or FOB Clause: If you lose and/or destroy Key and/or FOB, there will be a pass thru cost from apartment complex to you for $375. We know these amounts are staggering; however, this does deter guest from abuse.
8. Parking garage transponder Clause: If you lose and/or destroy Parking garage transponder, there will be a pass thru cost from apartment complex to you for $495. We know these amounts are staggering; however, this does deter guest from abuse.
