Whether this is your first or fiftieth experience with VRBO, we strive to make this a truly excellent one. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Please note that we require potential guests to review our House Rules and also provide us with a few details prior to accepting or pre-approving a booking. Some things we like to know include:
- Why are you coming to Calgary?
- Who will you be traveling with (children, adults, etc)?
- Do you have any special requests (ie playpen, high chair, etc)?
We may also request a copy of a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) which corresponds with the name on the credit card used to book the vacation. This is particularly helpful to us if you do not have any reviews from past hosts or if your profile is lacking in "verification" details from the website provider. Your trip may be cancelled if this is requested by the hosts and not provided.
***Please note: Stays of greater than 14 days will be subject to additional cleaning fees of $140.00/maintenance clean. Maintenance cleans will be performed every 14-21 days during extended stays in order to best maintain our properties and to make the stay more enjoyable for our guests. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly during the inquiry stage of booking.
