- This is legal basement apartment with separate entrance, going through the backyard using the side-walk; thus total independent and private unit with Keyless lock making it super easy for self check-in.
- This Unit is suitable for both short & long-term stays. If you plan to stay long-term (more than a month), we suggest that you firstly book to stay short time (less than > 27 days) and if both guest(s) & host feel comfortable then we offer a SPECIAL rate and provision for your long-term stay, thanks for your understanding.
- The backyard PATIO with outdoor furniture provides guests with enjoyment of outdoor life, weather permitting.
- FREE Parking on driveway (1st come 1st served).
- SECURITY CAMERAS, which are working 24/7, are installed in the sharing areas in OUTSIDE premises only: Driveway; Main entrance video doorbell; Staircase to backdoor entrance door; and the Side-walk area.
Guest access
- The whole apartment is independent separate unit, available for the Guest(s) exclusively on non-sharing basis.
-This unit has all upgraded amenities starting with dimmable spot lights, 65" SMART LCD, Apple TV, Coffee maker & Tea cattle, laminated flooring, full glass door, and egress window for ample sunlight and another window in the kitchen area for fresh air circulation throughout the unit; Waterfall fountain for relaxing sounds, Hair Dryer, Central AC/Heating with portable fan and heater, Fireproof Safe box, Cooktop and Hood in the kitchen area with essential crockery provided, Full Refrigerator with freezer, having separate Washer & Dryer for personal use, and Emergency First-Aid Kit to mention few items; thus, the environment is designed to be the most comfortable & peaceful around the Guest in mind during their stay to make it enjoyable experience.
