The Douglas is a luxury home located just few blocks from Dickson St and the University of Arkansas. Open concept kitchen a living room. Brand new everything, including a custom kitchen and showers. Three bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. Lots of room and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Extra large master bedroom with a King bed. Back yard with a patio and fire pit. Close to walking trails. Fully stocked custom kitchen with a large island. Walking distance local restaurants.
The Space:
Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, and office/bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, smart TV. WiFi access. Back yard with deck and gas grill.
Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.
Walking distance to many great local restaurants.

4th bedroom/office: There is a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. Brand new mattresses.
Extra Guests: This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)

- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
