Peaceful location with country roads and mountain vistas. Great for hiking, bike riding or just a friendly walk with your pet. 10 minutes to the Andes, Delhi, Bovina and Hamden. Also enjoy golfing just down the hill in Delhi. Plus enjoy kayaking 30 min away in Downsville. During winter months you can visit Platekill mountain and enjoy skiing and tubing. We are also only 40 minutes away from Roscoe, the fly fishing capital of the world.
Getting Around:
You most definitely need a vehicle to get around. During winter months we recommend having an AWD or 4X4 vehicle to get around.
