It boasts an all new interior completed January 2019! It features a spacious open floor plan with a living room and dinning room that flows into the kitchen that even offers a breakfast bar for easy and extra seating.
The extra large balcony features beachfront dining for 6, two comfy lounge chairs and a cushioned couch seating area. Imagine 30' feet of direct ocean front view with a view of west beach and sunsets too! See fireworks and the new Sky Wheel at Pier Park from this 12th floor vantage point. Ocean Reef is a Panama City Beach high rise resort. Located on the (quiet) west end of the beach. This boutique resort only has 160 total units. Explore the beach with 400 feet of private beach adjacent to over a mile of undeveloped, open beach to the east.
