• 570 square feet with great views, living space, sleeping area and a kitchenette.
• A queen bed separated from the living space area by a sliding door.
• The living area offers a sofa, chair, coffee table and murphy bed with a firm mattress. It also has a television and DVD player.
• The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a range top. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

It comes with direct views of KT22 and Wa She Shu lift, and stunning views of the KT 22 face. Sunnyside ski run passes right outside of the condominium window. This condo and its glorious location provide supreme convenience for your next Tahoe adventure.

Condo 147 is perfect for a couple or a small group of friends. A small family will fit great in this condo as well. When you enter the condo, the kitchenette and living space are in the first room and the bedroom is in the next. The bedroom zone has a sliding door for privacy. The living space also has a built-in Murphy bed for your extra guest that discreetly hides into a room divider built-in. There is a chair to relax and a coffee table as well. This all adds up to create a comfortable gathering zone for après or morning discussions about your adventuring plans.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy with plenty of counter space and an oversized tub/shower.

While staying on site at Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals, guests have access to the HOA property seasonal pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room and sauna. And don’t forget the very popular ping pong room!

Located a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby summer Tahoe golf courses, there’s something fun for everyone! Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
