• The kitchen is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with bathtub.

The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.
Furnished with all the comforts of home, this ski-in/ski-out studio condo makes the perfect home base for any season with a kitchenette, full shower/bath combo, cozy living space, and partitioned sleeping space. The kitchenette and living space welcome you upon entry, where you can cook and entertain, or relax after a day on the slopes and watch TV. The bathroom features an oversized tub/shower combination and plenty of plush towels.
The sleeping space is located on the south end of the condo, with its queen size bed positioned with a beautiful alpine view of Cushing Pond and Mountain Run, the ideal spot to watch the snow fall, or aspens change colors in the fall. The room has a portable air conditioning unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.
Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.
Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
