This brand-new townhome has updated furnishings and fixtures and gorgeous mountain views.
The ground level of the home features a large bedroom with a comfortable King bed, large closet, attached private bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and a door leading to the back patio. This bedroom has tons of windows for natural lighting and a breeze, as well as a high-powered ceiling fan.

The entryway features the laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer and plenty of detergent and dryer sheets.
Up the stairs you will find stunning mountain views, vaulted ceilings, and a comfortable living space. The open living area features a sofa, 65” HD TV and the door to the private patio. The dining area is to the side of the living room and features a table with seating for 6 with a bench. The living room and kitchen are separated by a gorgeous, eat-in granite countertop. The spacious kitchen has all updated, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and extras like a crock-pot, blender, hand-mixer and coffee bar with whole bean coffee, a grinder, and drip coffee maker. We've also added more cooking spices to enhance your culinary experience! The showstopper in the kitchen is the floor-to ceiling window at the end letting in tons of natural light and gorgeous views.

Down the hallway are the two bedrooms- one features a comfortable Queen bedroom with gorgeous mountain views, a closet and a ceiling fan. The other room has a Twin-XL over Queen bunk bed and an HD TV as well as a dresser and closet. All of the rooms have extra blankets and pillows to ensure your comfort.

The full bathroom has an extra-deep soaking tub and is always fully stocked with complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.

The large, two car garage is fully heated and stocked with tons of hooks for all of your outdoor gear and storage.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you have private access to the entire home including the garage and patio.

There are a few locked items in the garage for owners.

The Neighborhood:
This is a newly built home and there are more homes being built directly across the street. You will see construction and may hear construction noises during the day.
At nighttime, it is very quiet and dark and a great place to see the stars.

Getting Around:
You will need a four-wheel drive vehicle to access the property in the winter months.. Be aware of snowfall and travel advisories. The garage is not large enough for trucks to fit.

Other Things to Note:
It is illegal to feed or approach wildlife in Colorado- you could get a fine. Keep a safe distance and keep your food and trash locked up. Ring doorbell camera on the front door.
