The space under the home serves as a great outdoor space with plenty of comfortable seating, and gas fireplace for your evening BBQ. The river frontage of this hideaway is a deck, with handrail, and stairs down to the water where you can dock your boat or go for a swim. Located on the dock is a fish sink for easy cleaning of the day's catch. Nearby is a boat ramp, and you are five minutes from the Crooked Creek Marina, which offers a convenience store with boat ramp, gas, ice, pizza, hand dipped ice cream and much more.

This home has most every comfort you would expect such as high-speed internet, Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, range, oven, coffee maker, blender and grilling utensils. Inside is only 729 square feet so it is small. The bathroom is attached to the Master bedroom so you have to pass through bedroom to get to bathroom.

In addition to the Queen and Full size bed, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Towels, linens, blankets and pillows supplied with extra blankets available.

Washer and dryer also provided.

This home has a Maximum Occupancy of 4 people overnight. No sleeping on the furniture outside. No parties or events. Please contact property manager to discuss if more than 4 people.

Located 13 miles from Lobelville where you can access Grocery and Dollar General stores, along with local restaurant favorites and Coffee Shop. Only 1.5 hours from Nashville, 30 minutes to Loretta Lynn's Ranch.

Nearby is Tom's Creek Cafe and Eddie's Rivermart for last minute items like ice, bait and snacks. Also, Mousetail Landing State Park is just a 30 minute drive from here. Several marinas are close by. For hiking, there is Lady's Bluff Hiking Trail
