This is our dream beach home, and we're thrilled to share it with you! Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and watch the sunrise over the ocean from bed each morning! As the day comes to a close, you can catch the sunset from the westside windows or front door walkway! You can have it all at this prime spot on Hutchingson Island.

This fully renovated apartment with a full unobstructed ocean view, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms also features an all new modern kitchen and furnishings.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a custom designed walk-in closet, and a luxury ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower heads(!). Both the master bedroom and the living room open onto a large covered balcony with a full view of the ocean. You truly feel like you're at the beach without even leaving the unit. We provide towels, sheets, and other amenities you'll need for your stay.

The kitchen features brand new premium wood cabinets and waterfall quartz countertop, a full-sized double-door fridge, oven/range, ultra-quiet dishwasher, large microwave, toaster oven, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee machine, silverware, plates, cookware, and glassware.

We provide full cable and high speed wireless internet, as well as two Smart TVs where you can access your streaming services. There's also a fitness center and two full-sized tennis/pickleball courts, two bocce courts, a quiet garden area, and easy access to the bike and jogging path along A1A.

The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, dedicated workspace and its own walk-in closet, perfect for guests (or grandkids!). This bedroom has a writing desk and a wall-mounted television with access to cable and streaming services.

Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, and the surrounding communities of Stuart and Fort Pierce are South Florid’s best kept secret. They keep a small-town vibe while still providing top-rated restaurants, bars, breweries, and farmer's markets all within a 10 minute drive. We're happy to share our many (many) recommendations for the area.

The building is less than three minutes drive (walking distance) from the most upscale restaurant in the area, Kyle G Prime Seafood and Steaks. Another few minutes down the road you'll find the five-star Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa.

The condo is in a quiet and beautifully maintained gated community, with two pools, jacuzzi, and outdoor terrace area. The building clubhouse is newly renovated and includes hangout space with a large screen TV, ping pong, billiard tables, and access to barbecue grills. There's also a social dining room with a full kitchen available for your use downstairs. In the private parking lot you'll find an automatic drive through car wash and vacuum station to wash off the salt and sand. The building also hosts events around the holiday weekends that are lots of fun!

Access the beach through the huge private beach pavilion, featuring cubby spots to leave your sandals, a fish cleaning station, and lots of folks around who will help you cast your line straight from the shore. Full beach set ups with lounge chairs, umbrella, and table are available to rent by the day or by the season.

During certain times of year, our stretch of beach is also home to hundreds of endangered sea turtle nests. If you get lucky, one night you might see baby turts head off into the world!
