Dieses herrliche obersten Etage Penthouse befindet sich in der gesicherten Verbindung 'Infiniti Blu' in Playa Imbert (El Batey), einem ruhigen Privatstrand entfernt von allen GerÀuschen gelegen und doch nur 2 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Sosua, mit all seinen Nachtclubs, Restaurants , SupermÀrkte etc .: keine Notwendigkeit, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten oder sich auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die (vor allem nachts) schwierig sein kann.

Not quite happy

As we got there after we agreed to get a new place because the one we choose was not up to standard by manager. over next door. Beautiful state of the art just fine. We were told to have to pay by cash, when we arrived, that's fine. We spend 8 days without elevator my wife and I are retired seniors with back condition. never told us until arrival, air condition on one room leaking not working properly. it was patch up and worked somewhat. overall the place was fantastic. and there could not be more attentive and appreciative, kinder service than the people working and taking care of every thing for you. One thing, I like to deal honestly don't like surprises. Thank you.

Great penthouse-stunning views

We just returned from IB where we were for about a week with 1 kid and 1 baby. Fabio, Jens and Sabine have been very professional and responsive all the way. Great experience working with them. The apartment is like on the pics. It is spacious, quiet and clean. The major asset of this penthouse is obviously the fantastic beach view and the sound of the ocean. The view is stunning and serene- it is well worth the extra steps to climb (and we were carrying a stroller and a baby!). The very modern furniture is not super baby friendly but Jens made it work by providing sleep accommodations for the baby and even extra toys! Things that needed fixings in the apartment were addressed immediately by Jens and his team. While the building complex and the grounds are very nice, we did not care too much for Sosua and spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful beach and the amazing pool. We also hired a great private chef recommended by Jens so we did not need to go out of the complex. The security team and the bar staff were extremely friendly and nice. We felt very comfortable with the kids over there. The poolbar gives a resort feel to this apartment complex. Overall it was a great stay.

Amazing property and beach would go back in a heart beat, just a couple of fixes and it would be a 5

I will start with a few things that didn't work: Dryer, Wifi, only 2 burners on the stove worked, TV, Kitchen faucet was touchy it worked but would fall off if you weren't carful, the fridge didn't seal very good but we wedged a chair up against it and it worked fine. None of the things listed above were even an issue for us except the wifi which turned out to be a blessing. We purchased cards and played games in the evening which was so amazing because the kids had to interact and get along. I think if we went back I would tell the kids it didn't work even if it did!! Clothes dried on the upper deck easily with the sun shining on them and the wind blowing. The pictures don't do the place justice, I was hoping it would be half as nice and it exceeded my expectations. The property is gated and very secure, guards on both gates and at the beach 24 hours a day. The beach was perfect there was a very long stretch of beach that we had access to and at the end of the beach there is a coral reef that is easily accessible by swimming to if from shore. Take you snorkels and flippers though because they are expensive to buy at the store. There is a small grocery across the street from the property but a very large store is about 5 blocks away. The second day we were there we took a cab because we weren't sure of the location after that we walked every morning to get food for the next day. Every morning we walked in town taking a different route to get to know where things were and then spent the rest of the day on the beach. Walking around in the evening made me a little nervous, there are people on every corner offering illegal items. We would just ignore them and keep walking and they didn't bother us much. We didn't go out to the clubs or bars, we just stayed in the complex most nights except for dinner and then right back. We could go swimming in the pool in the evening or listed to the waves on our balcony. There are mosquitoes so bring your bug spray if you plan on being out in the evening, they didn't bother us during the day. Our family had an amazing experience and would go back, I give it 4 stars because of the slight problems listed above with the property. If those minor things were fixed it would definitely be a 5 star property hands down!!

La vie de chĂąteau...

Pour trois personnes, ces lieux sont plus que spacieux ! Trois trĂšs grandes chambres, dont celle des maĂźtres, tout en haut et qui occupe tout l'Ă©tage, laisse l'impression d'ĂȘtre dans un Ă©pisode de La Vie des Gens riches et cĂ©lĂšbres... Les deux immenses terrasses, bien meublĂ©es elles aussi, donnent directement sur la mer tout en demeurant trĂšs privĂ©es. Enfin l'accueil est chaleureux, et nos petits besoins supplĂ©mentaires vites satisfaits. Sans parler de l'impeccable et discret travail de plusieurs gardiens, ce qui donne aux lieux une sĂ©curitĂ© sans faille aucune ! Vraiment, Ă  vivre une fois dans sa vie.

Penthouse at Infiniti Blu, Sosua, Dominican Republic

The penthouse at Infiniti Blu was amazing. When we arrived, we were actually taken to another penthouse in the Infiniti Blu complex that was also managed by Fabio. This beautiful property exceeded our expectations!! It was very spacious, had spectacular views of the beach & ocean and was furnished with natural colors and comfortable furniture. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 children (in their 20's) and a friend of theirs and it was more than enough space for all of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower on the veranda in the penthouse. When we arrived we had some issues with the refrigerator, outdoor ceiling fans, some of the plumbing and lighting. Jen's came by the next day with maintenance men and tried to resolve the issues. Some of the issues were resolved and some were not. As an owner of 12 rental properties in Atlanta, GA, I would recommend the properties be looked over to make sure everything is in good working order before the prospective renters arrive. Fortunately, most of the issues did not cause us major inconveniences and we got along well without some of the items being repaired. Once change I would recommend to the penthouse is, is additional lighting!! Their were not very many lights (some were not working as well) so at night it was very dark. We really enjoyed the pool area, pool bar and beach. The staff including the bartender and all security staff were extremely friendly and always made us feel safe. We rented a car so we could have the freedom to explore. Each and every time we went out, we felt safe whether it was in Sosua or Cabarete. The local people were always kind, friendly and helpful. I loved the Dominican and will definately return!! Thank you Fabio & Jens for making it easy to communicate and for taking care of all our needs!!

Amazing vacation property

This penthouse was an amazing vacation property. It held our family of 6 with ease. It is very large and decorated beautifully. It was very clean and tidy. Towels were supplied for the beach and condo. Both upper and lower decks were beautiful with so much space. Ocean views were spectacular. Beach is beautiful but during our week waves were a bit to big a couple of days to swim with small kids. It is just a short walk to town (5min) so eating out and touring was easy. We definitely would love to return to this home and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing week in Sosua

Absolutely Stunning

This penthouse has everthing you need to have a wonderful vacation. Beautiful ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, private beach and much more. We were travelling with children and this location is very convenient to all kinds of attractions. I highly reccomend Monkey Jungle. Property was very well guarded and we felt extremely safe. My favorite part was having my coffee on the balcony and listening to the ocean. Thank you to Fabio and Hauke for addressing some minor issues and for welcoming us into this wonderful condo.

Stunning

This penthouse is amazing! Fully equipped kitchen, huge showers, comfortable beds and stunning ocean views. There were six of us, three adults and three children and we had ample space for everyone. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and security was top notch. Best of all the complex has a beautiful private beach. We were well taken care of.

Wonderful view, nice location safe & secure!

Nice condo with a very nice view, overlooking pool and ocean. Our group of eight had some confusion at check in, Infiniti Blu only wanted to allow 6 of us into this condo, even though there are beds for eight. Linens were in short supply, but we were quickly given more when we let Jens know. (FYI, much like Europe, pack your own wash cloth and hand towel, we couldn't even buy them in the DR) A couple of ceiling fans were not working properly so we had to use A/C at night only. The cost was $190 for our 10 day stay. The pool and beach in front of our condo were outstanding. Ricardo, our own personal driver (at least we felt that way) was a wonderful asset! A quick text or two for arranging a trip and he would pick us up at our door! So I would recommend adding international text to you plan for the trip! Or getting a local cell from Jens. Overall I would recommend this condo for its value, location, veiws and security.

Top of the Line Penthouse!

Awesome staying at this property. It madeSosua that much better. The views are spectacular and the master bedroom is in a league of it's own. Fabio the owner was very vocal in the whole process as well as the property manager. Overall a great stay

I chose the Dominican Republic for the excellent quality/cost ratio (especially compared to other Caribbean islands). Also, the weather is excellent all year, and residency offers tax advantages.

Sosua in particular is a vibrant tourist city (with all required amenities), and out of the cyclone area.

Apart from the obvious luxury of the place and the competitive price, the private beach etc. a key benefit of this penthouse is the location. It is the only one I could find which offers total quietness on a clean solitary beach, AND walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to all shops, bars, restaurants of Sosua !
