Note: bedrooms are very small, with no closets. There is a closet in the hallway just outside the bedrooms. November through March Only, Pelican Cottage comes with a new Street Legal Evolution Golf Cart, with 4 forward facing seats, and a range of 20+ miles per charge. In order to use cart you must provide proof of automobile insurance. Low Speed Vehicles are only legal on streets with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Therefore, you must remain in the Bayshore Arts District. However, there is plenty to explore and enjoy inside the Bayshore Arts District, all within a few miles from the Cottage.
