Welcome to our Wonderful 4 bed 2.5 bath 2862 sq ft home on a 2.15-acre lot! Located in a peaceful residential mountain community, this home offers a range of fantastic amenities for your comfort and convenience:

*Relax and unwind in the Hot Tub!

It is extremely peaceful and quiet in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.
HOUSE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Pet Deposit - $500
Pet Cleaning Fee - $200
For 30 day stays.
It is important to note that due to it being so quiet, noise is taken very seriously and there are noise monitors on the property
Internet here uses Verizon’s Home LTE services due to its remote location which provides 25-50 mbps. This is the fastest internet available for this area since it is considered remote.
Traveling during the winter has significant risks in Colorado due to snow storms. We provide a plowing service, however, during a storm, it can take significant time for the driveway to be plowed. There are shovels and snow plow equipment provided in case of snow storms. During the winter months ALWAYS have chains available even if you have four-wheel drive and/or snow tires.
During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
Guests have full access to the home and large amount of land - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!
Parking is limited to three cars. The driveway is very steep so please be cautious when driving during the snow or rain.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
We also have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via text/call.

The best way for me to stay connected with them, I felt, was to purchase property and live in that location a few months out of the year.
