The Lazy B Bungalow...new build with all the comforts of home! This 1 bedroom apartment has a full-size w/d, a full kitchen, bedroom has a Cariloha king bamboo mattress/bedding.
Enjoy the beautiful view of famous “Molly’s Nipple” out the Livingroom window. Easy access to many beautiful parks, trails, lakes, sand dunes, and more. Bring your ATV's , we provide off street parking!
The space
The Bungalow has all its own amenities to make for a comfortable stay. There is a King bed in the bedroom with a smart tv. In the living area there is a 65" tv for entertainment and an electric fireplace for a cozy feel. The kitchen is spacious and has all the essentials.
Guest access
There is a Bungalow entrance up a gravel driveway with plenty of parking for those who bring their off road vehicles. Parking is on the west side of the Bungalows. Please do not block the driveway...parking only on the west side in the gravel area. We also have a bar-b-q and picnic table area for guest use.
Other things to note
This is a private apartment but does share a wall with the other apartment.

The Bungalow was lovely. It was cute, cozy with up to date modern amenities. The host was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There are plenty of restaurants and services nearby and a bundle of National Parks, National Monuments, National Forests and other public lands to enjoy and explore nearby.

Highly recommend this very comfortable and well-set up bungalow in Hurricane UT. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy and safe parking. The bungalow is set up with everything you need including full sized washer and dryer. The host thought of everything.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is well equipped. The entire apartment is furnished with attention to detail and is very clean. The bed was very comfortable (!) and the neighborhood quiet. Terri was very accommodating, and communication was very well. We enjoyed our stay :-)

Great Visit

Perfect for any type of trip, Zion or not. The property had 2 units, and our unit had all accommodations we were looking for. Some nice touches as well with things like bath robes, additional soft blankets, very comfortable bed, ect. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in this area. Hosts were also fantastic.

Lovely and cozy one-bedroom!

We had a great stay at the Lazy B bungalow. Terri was helpful and communicative. The bungalow was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is convenient and Terri had a bunch of suggestions of places to go in town which we appreciated!

What a beautiful bungalow!! Everything was fantastic….adorably decorated, extremely clean, and they even had luxurious robes for us!!! And Terri and Curtis checked in to see how everything was!! We highly recommend!!!

Beautiful bungalow

This bungalow was perfect. Very clean (new) and all the amenities we needed. It was our base camp for our trip to Zion National Park. Great location, easy to find. Would definitely return next time we visit! The communication with the owner was superb, above what I expected

Prompt correspondence, nice decor, well appointed. The only comment I would have is that you can hear the adjoining unit. We had a smoke detector going off in the other side that we could hear clearly. Terri took care of that immediately and it was 10:20 pm!

Curtis and Terri have been married for 36 years and have 4 children and 18 grandchildren. Terri is originally from Rapid City, SD and Curtis is from Ogden, UT. We love being grandpa and grandma to all these beautiful grandchildren! We love to watch movies, read good books and travel. We enjoy being a host to our vacation home because we meet such fun people. We like being able to provide a comfortable home away from home for our guests.

We have lived in this neighborhood for 30+ years. We have great neighbors and we have a large property to allow us the opportunity to build the Lazy B Bungalow right here!

The Bungalows are located on our personal property of 3/4 acre. It is close but not too close. We have beautiful landscaping and views out the front windows. We also have enough property that if our guests want to bring their ATV's or other toys we have plenty of off road parking to leave trailers while riding their toys to their destinations.
