This gorgeous, new build home is located between Dead Caney Lake and the canals - waterfront on both sides of the home! Only 100 yards from the mouth of ICW makes for great fishing. Fish from the pier on the canal under the amazing, newly installed green fishing lights or take the kayaks a few steps away and fish Dead Caney Lake - a fisherman or woman's dream! With plenty of outdoor furniture, balconies on each side of the home offers excellent sunrise and sunset views l! The yard is treated for mosquitoes, which is a huge bonus here on the coast!

The beautiful interior of the home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, yet fun trip. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and then some, board and card games are provided, smart TV's and much more!

Kayaks are provided - which, you can take on Dead Caney or the canal.. just bring your own life jackets to ensure a safe fit! Crab traps are also provided, just bring or catch some bait! The pier has a fishing light as well!
Or bring your boat, as there is also plenty of room to dock here at the house!

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Primary bedroom - located on the main level of the home - queen bed with en suite bathroom and balcony access
Secondary bedroom - located on the main level of the home - 2 twin beds with balcony access and desk with chair
Upstairs Secondary bedroom - located upstairs - huge room with 1 twin over full bunk bed and 3 single twin beds, with a half bathroom
