Upon entering this air-conditioned home away from home, you will discover a welcoming and spacious living room with beautiful wood flooring throughout. Curl up on the sofa and get ready for an entertaining evening of watching movies and series on the TV or playing your favorite board game with your loved ones. The well-appointed kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite countertops, and a large island. Here, you will find an access door to the enclosed backyard with a large covered patio. Spend memorable evenings playing horseshoes and cornhole, hosting barbecues, and dining alfresco. Additional on-site perks include two adult bikes and a gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
