Tucked in The Farms of Eagles Nest, the newly constructed Mountain Time Lodge stands as a testament to luxurious mountain living. Boasting six exquisite ensuites, the main level welcomes guests with two regal king suites, the primary of which features a lavish soaking tub and a meticulously tiled shower. The heart of the lodge lies in the great room, where an open kitchen seamlessly merges with a spacious living area, complemented by an expanded dining space capable of accommodating ten guests comfortably. The kitchen showcases bold and beautiful granite counters, along with an inviting island adorned with bar seating.

Ascending to the upper level, two wings unfold, each revealing a queen suite and a charming twin over full bunk suite. The loft area, perched above, offers additional entertainment with plush seating, a television, pool table, and foosball, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation. Stepping outside onto the deck, guests are greeted by an inviting fireplace and a row of rockers strategically positioned to maximize the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The outdoor experience extends to the carefully landscaped yard, where a firepit with ample seating beckons for cozy evenings beneath the stars. Meanwhile, the front patio unveils a brand-new hot tub, providing an idyllic setting for unwinding in the crisp mountain air. The Mountain Time Lodge effortlessly combines opulence and comfort, offering a haven for those seeking a harmonious blend of modern amenities and the tranquility of the High Country.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.

Additional Notes:
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus 6.75% tax per night.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Security Cameras are in place at four locations on the outside of the home. These do not point into the home or on decks.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
