The house was very comfortable. The property manager was very communicative if we had an issue. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were clean and just as listed. We enjoyed the pool immensely. We were glad to be able to check in early at a small fee. The visit was during 4th of July and we were looking to relax and be outside the hustle and bustle of Orlando and this place was just what we needed. A few small areas for improvement include additional storage containers for leftovers, more bath towels (had plenty of pool towels), and dish towels ( only found 1).

We had a great stay. Property was clean, and beautiful. It is in a great location ( close to the grocery stores). We loved the pool. The host was very responsive to messages, and check in was easy.

Perfect location if you want to head to Disney parks. Very quiet neighborhood and house is as described. Would stay again

Pre-Christmas Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the heated pool and fire pit. Conveniently located near several stores and restaurants and in a very quiet, peaceful community. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the property! The layout of the house was our favorite- it was so open & we had so much space. Loved the bright white paint everywhere- made the house so bright and fresh. We had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful neighborhood- felt very safe. Everyone was great to work with! We would definitely stay there again!

Property was in a beautiful gated golf community and very safe. Golf club open to public so convenient to grab a quick bite and book a golf outing. The house was very nice and awesome outside space. Only thing I would have like is cleaning supplies that I could keep up with kitchen and additional towels

We had a tall order of things we wanted in a rental property, and this place ticked every single box. We were looking for a private pool, a comfortable outdoor seating area, a safe and quiet neighborhood, modern finishes, comfortable beds, and a clean, relaxing space with a touch of luxury—and we found it all.Our only complaint is that we were so busy being tourists that we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we had planned! There was a shiny new barbecue that we didn't even get a chance to turn on.As for local amenities, there is a Walmart, Winn-Dixie, and Dollar Tree right around the corner. The property management team was quick to respond to questions, though honestly, we didn't need much because everything was already so well taken care of.The kids loved the air hockey table, and we really appreciated having the cooler and beach chairs in the garage to use. With TVs in every room, there was plenty of space for everyone to decompress after a long day, though we also enjoyed the selection of books and board games. We were also impressed by the generous supply of towels and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, and dryer sheets.We highly recommend The House Kee!"

Haines City Vacation

The house is located in a gated community. It is somewhat quiet. Sometimes you can hear a train passing in the area. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the property a 7 because the yard is not properly maintained. The grass needed to be cut and the flower plants were grown up especially the one in the walkway. I stayed for 2 weeks and the lawn was cut on the last 2 days before my departure. Inside the house was very clean but the pool area was a turn off. There were insect poop near the master bedroom entrance to the pool and the patio rug needs to be changed. Overall the neighborhood is safe because there is a 24 hours security at the entrance. My husband and I loved how safe the neighborhood is and also Walmart, a gas station and other shops are in walking distance from the house.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was immaculate and very clean when we arrived. The pool was a dream—we spent so much time enjoying it, and having the grill made it easy to cook meals and relax at the house.The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We also had a lot of fun playing air hockey, which was a great bonus.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and all the essentials we needed to prepare meals. The host was wonderful to work with, communicated quickly, and made the entire check-in process seamless and stress-free.This was a fantastic property, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
