About this space
Stunning one double bedroom balcony flat in period property. Original period features throughout. Spacious and light living room and bedroom. Views down to Brunswick Sq gardens and sea. Ideally located for all amenities and tourist attractions.
It is centrally located and within a one minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk.
The space
Situated within an elegant grade 1 listed ‘bow’ fronted building that dates back to 1827 at the top of Brighton’s finest Regency Square.
In keeping with this traditional and historic setting this holiday apartment has an individual blend of period and modern elegance.
Large and well proportioned rooms with typically high and ornate Regency ceilings in combination create a calm and relaxing space.
LIVING ROOM
This large elegant, spacious, lounge flooded with light is a wonderful place to relax. It comes complete with the finest quality Regency period features including ornate ceiling. It was originally the main entertainment room in one of Hove’s finest Regency houses.
It has huge balcony doors which open onto Juliet balconies from which you can see the sea, and which flood the room with light. This room has a large original working marble fireplace which you can relax in front of with a glass of wine or brandy in front of in the Winter.
Furniture has been designed to fit in with the period setting and is a mixture of contemporary high quality designer furniture with carefully chosen antiques.
It is fully equipped with large screen plasma, BBC freesat HDTV service, digital TV and entertainment system. The flat has full free internet wifi connectivity with up to 300MBPS Ultra Fast Fibre Broadband.

Stylish simplicity, the perfect place to get a good nights sleep. everything in the bedroom has been selected with luxury in mind from crisp, Egyptian cotton bedlinen to Goose down duvets and pillows.
