The first bedroom boasts a luxurious King-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed. You'll also find a well-appointed living area with an additional TV, and a spacious dining set for four. Whether you're here for work or leisure, you'll feel right at home.
➤ Private and Independent: Our property consists of a front unit in a duplex building. It's important to note that this unit is not a shared space. You will have access to the entire unit and be able to enjoy complete privacy and independence during your stay. The rear unit of the duplex is occupied by a member of the owner's family.

Please use the left and central sides of the driveway for your vehicles, as the right side is reserved for the rear unit, which is occupied by a family member. Rest assured, you'll have a dedicated and secure parking spot.

➤ Illegal Drugs or Substances. We strictly prohibit the use, possession or distribution or any illegal drugs or substances on our property. Guests found violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately and law enforcement may be notified.
➤ Quiet hours: Guests are expected to observe quiet hours, between 11 PM and 6 AM, to be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
➤ Maximum occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in extra charges or eviction.
