Please note: Contrary to the pictures, there is now a shade canopy over the trellis structure in the pool area. Also, per code, there is a security fabric fence around the pool area. Finally the neighbors splotchy wall has been painted.
Guests have access to the entire house, backyard, pool, outdoor dining area and separate studio in the back. The garage is not available along with one cabinet in the kitchen.
