Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps ten guests across four comfortable bedrooms, each offering a peaceful setting with neutral tones and simple touches. Five beds are distributed throughout the rooms, providing ample space for families or groups. Two full bathrooms serve the household, equipped with essential conveniences for getting ready or winding down.



Indoor living

A spacious living area invites conversation, while a dedicated game room adds extra fun with a pool table and life‑size games. A quiet workspace with a separate door offers a place to focus when needed. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, and a TV, washer, and dryer are available for everyday convenience.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals together. A dining table sits nearby, perfect for casual breakfasts or shared dinners after a day of exploring the city.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard where a private pool is open year‑round. A large heated pool can be arranged on request for an additional fee, offering a warm soak on cooler evenings. Sun loungers and patio furniture create inviting spots to relax, and a grill is ready for outdoor cooking. The space feels open and airy, perfect for enjoying Phoenix’s mild climate.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-3122
