Spacious 3 Bedroom Apt Central Eastside Portland!
This is our mid century modern 3 bedroom apartment at the roots of Pine Manor. Recently remodeled clean and spacious! A Cozy, Private, and Quiet Space with a Modern tribal flare. Perfectly located in inner Southeast nearby Moda and Convention Center. Food carts and Voodoo Doughnut close by! Perfect for business trips, visiting family, catching a show or a place to land when relocating and looking for a new home in Portland Oregon. Family and pet friendly. We love Dogs! Dog Park nearby!
This is a 3 bedroom 1,800 square foot basement apartment located underneath a historic Portland Home that is also an Airbnb. Newly remodeled with polished concrete floors. A closet and comfy queen bed in each room. Can sleep 6 people. Many amenities including fast business class internet 250+ Mbps.
You will have access to the 3 bedroom apartment which has it`s own private entry, Kitchen, Living Room, and Bathroom.
Onsite parking on the street. Permitted parking on one side of the house has time limitations but we have only had one incidence of a guest getting a ticket. The other side of the house has free parking all hours and all days.
The home is centrally located and is only a short five-minute drive to Downtown Portland. We can see the spires of the Oregon Convention Center from the upstairs bedrooms and are only 14 blocks from the Willamette River. Within three blocks there is a music venue, a HUGE Dog Park, Mom and Pop coffee shops, an urban winery, Exceptional Thai food, a yoga studio, breweries and more! Minutes by car from the Convention Center. Only two blocks away from a bus stop that goes any direction - West to downtown and Voodoo Doughnuts, North to Convention Center, South to Food Cartopia!
We also are close to the Max which goes directly to the airport. We are perfectly located close to many culinary sensations like Canard, Le Pigeon and more. A foody`s wet dream!
This neighborhood is an `architecturally rich mix of compatible early 20th century styles`, notable for their `continuity of scale, setback, orientation, and materials.` Architectural styles represented include bungalow, craftsman, American Foursquare, Mission, Tudor, and Colonial Revival.
Three bridges connect Buckman to neighborhoods in Southwest Portland across the Willamette: the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood via the Burnside Bridge, and Downtown Portland via the Morrison and Hawthorne Bridges.
You can cross the Burnside Bridge on weekends into an open-air marketplace which features 250+ booths of handmade goods, artisanal cheeses, and local produce, sold by local Pacific Northwest artisans.
The neighborhood also includes Lone Fir Cemetery with its many unmarked graves (1855), Colonel Summers Park, where community events and picnics are aplenty (1921), Buckman Community Garden (1980), and much of the Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade (opened 2001).
The popular Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade is a scenic bike & pedestrian path that follows the East shore of the Willamette River offers some of the city`s best views
Two retail districts lie partially within Buckman: the Belmont District and the Hawthorne District.
Visit one of the first Stumptown Coffee locations on 34th and Belmont, Grab breakfast at Utopia Cafe, or guiltlessly indulge in a juicy grass fed burger on a gluten free bun with a vegan coconut chocolate shake at Dick`s Kitchen.
Read a book or meet friends at a Portland original coffeehouse in a “painted lady” Victorian where you can sip a brew by oil lamplight indoors, or beneath the sun in the garden.
If you want to do further Ghost sleuthing Visit Moonshadow, One of PDX`s best hidden witchy stores, to find one of a kind hand made jewelry pieces, healing stones, incense, and literature to please any Mystics heart.

I love being a host. I am also a collector of oddities. Pine Manor has held a lot of magic for me throughout the years. I hope you feel its magic too. I look forward to your stories of the Portlandia experience .
