Above the main house with private entrance, queen size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. 10 min walk to bus stops, restaurants and groceries stores.

The space
Safe studio located over a private garage. It has a private entrance where you can come and go as you please. The studio is located within a 10-minute walk of shops, Vons, Marshall, Target and many restaurants. 5 min drive to Convoy Street for the best Asian food in San Diego.
The Studio has a kitchenette, with a fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, and induction cook top. Bedroom with Queen size bed and futon in the living room. Ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the closet where the washer and dryer are. There is also a window AC unit.
A 40" Vizio Smart TV, already connected to the WiFi, just log into your Netflix, Red Box or Amazon Prime Video accounts and enjoy.
There is plenty of free street parking in front of the studio should you have a rental car.
Quiet & just minutes to everywhere, we are freeway close (805, 15 & 5)!
Clairemont is a single-family neighborhoods centrally located within the city with easy access to other communities, including downtown, University City, and Pacific Beach. primarily.
