STANDORT:
Die Clocktower Condominiums befinden sich in einer ruhigen Ecke am Rande des Seaside Heights & Seaside Park und bieten alles. Unser Gebäude ist 2 Blocks vom Strand entfernt, so dass Sie sich entspannen und die warme Sommersonne genießen können. Jede Unterkunft verfügt über Liegestühle und Pässe, mit denen Sie Zugang zum Strand erhalten. Entlang des Strandes befindet sich die berüchtigte Promenade mit zahlreichen Spielen, Minigolf, Fahrgeschäften und anderen Aktivitäten, die Kinder und Erwachsene zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit genießen können. Das Clocktower Condominiums ist auch von einer Vielzahl großartiger Restaurants umgeben. Die meisten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

GEBÄUDE:
Unser Gebäude richtet sich ausschließlich an Familien und erwachsene Gruppen. Es sind keine Abschlussballgruppen gestattet. Wir sind stolz darauf, dass alle Wohneinheiten und öffentlichen Bereiche in einwandfreiem Zustand sind, damit unsere Gäste sie genießen können. Das Gebäude ist absolut sicher und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und einen gewerblichen Aufzug mit Zugang zu jeder Etage. Jede Einheit verfügt über 2 Garagenplätze. Unsere Dachterrasse ist der perfekte Ort, um die Sonne zu genießen und sich in unserem Tauchbecken zu erfrischen. Wir haben auch einen gemeinsamen Raum, in dem Sie einen schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang genießen können.

DIE EINHEIT:
Dieses Gerät ist komplett mit Granit / Marmor Küche und Bad, Edelstahlgeräten, Klimaanlage und mehreren Terrassen aus dem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss eingerichtet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und befindet sich direkt neben dem Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten, Wohnbereich und 1/2 Bad. Das Gerät bietet direkten Zugang zum Pooldeck und verfügt über eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner aus dem Küchenbereich. Wir bieten Kabelfernsehen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sowie WiFi-Konnektivität.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful condo. Spacious and super clean. Location was perfect--so much to do in walking distance that we never needed to drive anywhere. Modern amenities and everything you might need when traveling with a group. Kristen was the perfect host--so welcoming, and gave GREAT recommendations and guidance on places to go and eat. Best rental ever!

The host was amazing and informative, all of her local recommendations were great! The place was beautiful and clean! We were able to communicate with our host and she was very responsive and helpful. There were 10 people in the group and we all felt very comfortable in the place. I highly recommend renting at the clock tower! We will be coming back!

Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

Loved It!!

Our family vacation to Seaside and the Clocktower Condos was nothing short of awesome!! The Condo was clean and spacious. Kristen and her family were very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop access to the pool from the room was super convenient. The game room kept us busy during the rain. Proximity to the boardwalk was perfect. Only two blocks from the beach, yet quiet. Loved the private gated parking. We would 100% stay here again.

Summer vacation

We had a great stay! Smooth check in process. We had 2 families with multiple young children and was a great set up. Very convenient to have access to the garage which made it much easier to have our beach wagon ready to go each day without having to unload each day. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Perfect spot to spend time with the family. Plenty of room for all of us to have space and enjoy time together. The game room and pool were the perfect fun zone. Having the two parking spots made day trips easy but especially enjoyed the easy, quick walk to the beach. Staying here has become a family tradition. Looking forward to our next visit. a great repeat visit!

this is our second time staying here. We love the location, the 2-story layout, the rooftop pool, balconies, 2 garage spaces, and touchpad locks (no keys to lose). What a treat to watch the fireworks from the roof! Kristen is a great host and responds quickly to texts. We hope to rebook next year (if my work vacation is approved...)

My entire family LOVED this property! It was located close to everything and the owners were super....they responded very quickly to everything we asked. We would definitely book this unit again. Wonderful

I love this place. It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed and it’s really perfect. We stayed on a ladies get together. There were 12 of us and we had enough room for everyone with 4 balconies a nice size living room/ kitchen combo. Walking distance to beach and bars was perfect and there’s a pool on the roof top. There’s parking in the garage for 2 cars and more free parking right in front. The owner provides so many amenities and really thinks of everything. I would stay here again and again.

Seaside Reunion

Host was very communicative, accommodating, available and pleasant throughout our stay. The place was clean and spacious yet cozy. There were 8 of us from 4 different states ranging in age from 12-87. There was always something to do in walking distance (can't beat a 2 block walk to the beach). Highlight was definitely the rooftop salt water pool...and grandma playing ping pong in the game room:-)

Awesome Family Trip!!

This place is Awesome! We planned a mini family reunion in Seaside Heights and it was one of the best trips ever! This unit is clean and very spacious! My daughter, husband and little granddaughter had their own suite upstairs! So convenient with the baby getting up early…didn’t disturb the rest of at all! Kristen was so friendly and responsive. We had one small mechanical issue and it was fixed Immediately!!! The furnishings are so comfortable and look brand new too. The location was great because we were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk and great restaurants. Do not hesitate to rent this place. It’s worth every Penny!!!😊

We stayed for one week with another family & had an amazing time! The condo was fantastic in so many ways. we were able to walk everywhere… to the beach, boardwalk, playground, restaurants. There was plenty of space for our two families. Great space in the kitchen area for all of us to eat & a table for playing games. Plus everything we needed for making meals. Loved all the balconies for the views & quiet reading space. Had a blast on the roof swimming, relaxing, & using the game room. The owner was very friendly & easily accessible by txt/phone for any questions or needs. The included beach passes were a huge plus! Loved that they even had carts for us to use to bring all of our bags to & from our car at the beginning & end of our trip. We will definitely want to stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Absolutely Fantastic

This property was everything we were looking for. Kristen was an exceptional host who greeted us right away and gave us all the information we needed about the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. The dunk pool was right outside our door and was immaculate. Beautiful views from all balconies especially the fireworks from the rooftop. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect Getaway

First and foremost Kristin, the host, is just wonderful! She is very welcoming and informative! She suggested restaurants and activities for our group to try! The unit itself is very well kept and clean. It was stocked with all the essentials you would need such as linens, towels, kitchen tools, etc. There are even beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. This saves so much room when you’re packing! The Clocktower’s proximity to everything was one of the best features! Just a short walk would get you to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. May I also add that we felt extremely safe as you get a personalized code to enter every door into the building. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back to stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Best Shore Getaway

We just ended our stay as a group of friends. This property exceeded all of our expectations! The owners were all very responsive and made the entire process a breeze! We were treated like family and the size and layout of the condo made us feel like we were home. This property has everything you need from laundry and beach chairs to comfortable mattresses and a rooftop plunge pool which we really looked forward to after long days at the beach. It was a short walk to the beach but also far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet-best of both worlds. It was also kept very clean (we’d see them cleaning the pool area every morning) and we appreciated this piece of mind during this time of a pandemic. We’d definitely book again and would recommend a stay!

I’m sorry to say the place was dirty. I actually had to clean out drawers in the kitchen. The waste paper baskets were filthy. I tried to scrub the toilets in my room. Gross….. I feel bad saying this because the owners were so nice. They need to hire a good cleaning company.

Great, would definitely rent again!

Property manager Kristen friendly and helpful. Unit was clean, had multiple balconies, plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Lots of storage space for personal items, huge kitchen pantry. One bedroom a little cramped but still quite comfortable. A/C worked well and was quiet. Rooftop pool very clean, with lots of lounge chairs. Kids loved the ping-pong table. Garage convenient, lots of beach chairs. We've been coming to Seaside for years, this is the first time we've stayed west of Central Ave-- the walk to the beach was shorter than I expected, and this is the first year I took the opportunity to walk to the bay beach to watch the beautiful sunsets.

Outstanding Beach Rental!

Family owned and operated...couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The apartment is well equipped and clean. They've thought of everything including carts from the enclosed garage to transport belongings. Location is away from the busyness of the beach area but close enough to walk. Chairs and umbrellas in cabinet in garage. Full closet of towels. The pool is better than pictured and has lounges, floats, balls and basketball. Beautiful views. Fit our 3 generation family of 10 with upstairs a nice place for baby to nap away from the noise of the others. Did I mention the nice large elevator? PERFECTION!

Our father/grandfather built this beautiful building in 2008 . It's location was chosen as it is convenient to all in Seaside, yet not right on top of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. This makes it a uniquely quiet and private oasis. It was built to the highest standard and remains the finest beach property in Seaside and its surrounding beach communities.

Our lobby and elevator are steps from your car. Our units are all beyond compare and will exceed your finest expectations. Clocktower is upscale and provides a plethora of amenities usually found in a 5 Star Resort. There are only 8 units at Clocktower and mostly owner occupied, its exclusivity and privacy is second to none.
