Charmantes Bauernhaus Downtown St. Helena!

Casa Robles ist ein gut ausgestattetes privates Familienhaus im Herzen des Napa Valley, in St. Helenas Westseite, in einer Wohngegend, nur wenige Schritte von der Main Street und allem, was die Stadt zu bieten hat, gute Restaurants, Restaurants, Weingüter, Verkostungsräume, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, St. Helenas historisches Cameo-Kino, all diese Annehmlichkeiten sind nur zwei Häuserblocks vom Haus entfernt.

Unser Eigentum ist auf 1/3 eines Morgen und es gibt zwei Häuser. Das Haupthaus vor ist unsere Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Vorgarten und Veranda und privater Terrasse im Hintergarten zum Essen und Entspannen unter einer stattlichen Eiche.
Die zweite Einheit auf der Rückseite, die vollständig getrennt ist, wird vom Besitzer verwendet.

Das Haupthaus ist sehr komfortabel für 6 Erwachsene. Es gibt ein Büro / eine Bibliothek, die geschlossen ist, wenn das Haus gemietet wird, es hat keinen Einfluss auf den Fluss, da es sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet.

Geziert mit altehrwürdigen Eigenschaften, einschließlich einer breiten vorderen Veranda und einer hängenden Hollywoodschaukel, einer zweistöckigen Eingangshalle mit einem klassischen Treppengeländer und formellen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Bad, jedes mit eigenem Bad und kann bequem sechs Personen schlafen. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin, eine offene Küche / Esszimmer mit Fensterplatz, einen Medienraum und ein großes Gästezimmer mit Bad. Das Esszimmer, die Küche und das Gästezimmer öffnen sich direkt zum Hinterhof, der mit einer historischen Eiche geschmückt ist und für Mahlzeiten im Freien und Entspannung eingerichtet ist. Veranda ist schön und warm im Winter nachmittags.

Unser Eigentum besitzt eine legale Genehmigung für Kurzzeitvermietungen mit der Stadt St. Helena - Erlaubnis # PL18-044 -

Unser Eigentum ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung innen und außen.

Um unser Haus zu mieten, benötigen wir einen Mietvertrag und eine erste Kurzzeitmietverordnung der Stadt St. Helena, die beide eingeschlossen sind.

Wonderful Wine Country Retreat

This beautiful home in St. Helena was perfect for our group of six, we each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and home was equipped with everything you could need. We were walking distance to a number of restaurants and the grocery store. Paulina, our host, was very hospitable and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect House for a Perfect Napa Getaway!

Staying here felt like we were staying with a friend or family member. The house is stunning, more than well equipped and in the most amazing location to explore all Napa Valley has to offer. The layout is perfect for traveling with multiple couples since each large bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Our host was extremely accommodating with exceptional hospitality, leaving us gorgeous flowers, delicious chocolates and a special bottle of bubbly to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place enough and definitely would stay again!

Myself along with 5 friends stayed at Paulin'a house. Paulina was a great going above and beyond hosting us. The location is perfect, less than a two min walk from downtown St. Helena. Relaxing property, fantastic host, amazing location. Glorious two week stay

I chose this house for my two week stay in Napa Valley because I had been told that St. Helena was the best town to stay in in the Valley and because I loved the "downtown" location. I had a variety of guests rolling through during the two weeks and I wanted to my guests to not be required to rent a car and to be able to easily stroll and bike around town. (And take the area bus!) We loved being in a neighborhood and feeling like a part of the community. The street that they house is one sees some traffic during rush hour as the locals try to avoid Main Street. But I like activity so I enjoyed this. I also chose this house because I like a host who is nearby during my stay. The host lives in an adjacent property and responded quickly to my needs and delivered items that may have been missing from the house. (enough hangers, scissors). At the same time, the host was very respectful of our privacy. The house is perfect for your guests with the three en-suite bedrooms. Housekeeping services are available if you need them. We encountered a heat wave and the air conditioning was able to keep up in the house (the thermostat in on the upstairs level, which is super smart.) The laundry facilities, in the upstairs, are awesome. The kitchen is well stocked with an abundance of plates and cutlery and cuisinarts and wine glasses and paper products. I would have liked to see better pots and pans and there were not enough wine stoppers. The kitchen functions well although, if you are cooking a lot like we did, the exhaust fan is a “push” versus “pull” and not very effective. But at least there is one! The indoor public spaces (two living rooms, the dining area and the kitchen) were great gathering areas, as were the front porch and the back yard. The front yard is beautiful. The back yard is pretty basic; I’d like to see more flowers planted, but that big Old Oak Tree is fun to hang out with. The windows were all in great working order, to open on our cooler days and nights. And lots of them to provide for a bright, airy space. Parking is provided in the driveway. The beds are comfortable and the host has agreed to accept my suggestion to upgrade the sheets and pillows. Towels are plentiful and plush. Shower items were only minimal but the host has agreed to provide shampoo and condition in all bathrooms in the future. I appreciated the fresh flowers that welcomed us. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Amazing location with cozy accommodations and great amenities

We loved our stay in Saint Helena! The home was cozy with all the amenities you would expect! The wood burning fireplace was a huge plus for our group! Lovely cozy home, perfect location

Paulina’s home was perfect for our group of friends visiting for a long weekend. The home was clean, spacious and had a lovely cozy warmth to it. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, and a nice pick-up point when we had a car service take us to a couple wineries. We really enjoyed our mornings too, sipping coffee in the peaceful outdoor patio. The owner Paulina was very communicative and a lovely, welcoming person. Would absolutely stay here again!
