Unsere Wohnung im ersten Stock in dieser niedrigen Aufstiegsgemeinde ist versteckt für Ihren Genuss. Unsere neu renovierte und schallisolierte Wohnung ist Erdgeschoss mit 1250 Quadratmetern. Wir haben sogar Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Hier gibt es keine Aufzüge oder Parkdecks mit nur 100 Eigentumswohnungen und 40 in unserer Sektion. Ihr friedlicher Aufenthalt wird eine großartige Zeit abseits der Hektik der Stadt sein. Unser Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Balkon und ein eigenes Bad. Unser zweites Schlafzimmer hat ein Full Size Bett und ein Doppelbett. Wir haben ein zusätzliches Vollbad. Wir haben neue Fliesenböden und unsere Schlafzimmer haben Holzböden. Unser Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, wenn diese zusätzlichen Gäste nicht verlassen werden! Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Esstisch. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Unsere geräumige Terrasse hat einen Blick auf Ole River und auch einen fantastischen Pool. Wir haben einen zusätzlichen Pool, der auf der Golfseite für eine andere Option liegt ~ was für eine Vielfalt! Unsere Gemeinschaft verfügt auch über 2 beleuchtete Tennisplätze, kostenlose Bootslager und Bootsanlegestellen sowie fabelhafte Angelpiers. Wir bieten erstaunliche neue Angebote. Wonderful owner; nice condo; great maintenance manager

The owner was organized, friendly, and responsive. The condo was beautiful and has a wonderful view of the bay. I felt the asking price was very reasonable. The maintenance manager introduced himself and was extremely personable. One of our favorite rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for those with a boat and very relaxing

Get away from the crowds but close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach & Pensacola for the fun. Access to the bay and the beach and being able to keep your boat in the water makes everything so much easier. Secure location to keep your trailer. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful old trees in front that provide shade and create a Zen atmosphere.

Very nice property

This is a very nice condo and very well stocked. Great location with a view of the river from our patio. We had access to two pools, which overlook the water. The private beach access is right across the street. The owner is very nice and helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this owner and this property.

Spring Break

We spent 13 days at this property. The property owener Lita was very quick to respond to any questions. I loved the back patio, as many hours were spent watching the boats coming and going on the River and we even seen dolphins a couple times. The properties two pools were very clean, yet cold due to chilly weather at night. The private Gulf beach across the road was well maintained. There are loungers out there with cushions and umbrellas as long as it is not too windy. At night we had a great time catching crabs and just listening to the waves. Away from the property there is Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning from Fort Pickens. If you intend to go to this viewing, leave early as it is a very slow drive to the fort.

Relaxing condo

Our condo was everything we read it to be. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing. But you are close to restaurants, shops and bars. The owner, Lita Henderson, was so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely Recommend

I have to come to Pensacola every two years for certification. We decided to take our boat with us on this trip. This is the perfect place to stay! The condo was clean, convenient (boat dock) and the owner was absolutely helpful., and thoughtful. Mrs. Lita offered us options due to the bad weather at the time and I thought that was extremely nice on her behalf. Will definitely look forward to coming back when it’s time again !
