Unser Eck-Penthouse mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wurde komplett renoviert und ist einfach hinreißend. Das Wohnzimmer und die Veranda bieten einen schönen, unverbauten Blick auf den Pazifik und West Maui. Durch die langen Fensterwände, die sich von der Küche bis zum Wohnzimmer erstrecken, haben Sie einen unglaublichen Blick auf Haleakala, den höchsten Berg von Maui. Mit der erstklassigen 270 ° -Ansicht können sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang voll genossen werden.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie das Design und die Schönheit all der besonderen Details in unserem Haus genießen. Hier ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand: brandneue Porzellanfliesen und neue Designer-Fensterabdeckungen, Granitoberflächen, Luxusmöbel, Beleuchtung, Haushaltsgeräte und Flachbildfernseher. Hier wird kein Aufwand gescheut! Dies ist die Heimat für den besonderen Anlass oder für den sehr anspruchsvollen Reisenden.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein schönes neues Kingsize-Bett und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei neue Einzelbetten, die separat mit zwei Einzelbetten bezogen oder zu einem Kingsize-Bett mit Premium-Kingsize-Betten zusammengeschoben werden können. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche und einen Waschtisch. Das zweite Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einem großen Waschtisch ausgestattet.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer großen Auswahl an Kochgeschirr und Besteck sowie Glaswaren, Geschirr und Besteck. Unsere Suite verfügt über frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Haartrockner und Liegestühle.

Wir haben ein neues Tastatur-Eingabesystem - keine Schlüssel mehr! Der Schrank im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen digitalen Safe für Ihre Wertsachen. Außerdem gibt es eine Wäscherei in der Suite, was sehr praktisch ist!

Unsere Suite bietet kostenlose Orts- und Ferngespräche in die USA und nach Kanada. Es gibt auch kostenloses, drahtloses Highspeed-Internet.

Great location, view, condo

Fantastic on-the-beach location with 2 miles of beach for walking and swimming, incredible amenities - surf, SUP boards, kayaks on one side of the condo, harbor for snorkeling tours on the other, groceries and restaurants close by. Condo is beautiful and owners are wonderfully gracious. All made for an incredible, low-key getaway.

Amazing views!

We loved the views of the ocean and Haleakala. The unit is on the corner so you get a 270 degree view! The management team was quick to respond and made sure we were taken care of. The location was just outside Kihei town so the traffic was easy to maneuver. We walked to the Kihei boat ramp to go whale watching. Great stay!

Fantastic!

This is a great rental - we've stayed in other unit at Kihei Surfside before, the view from the 6th floor is amazing! The furniture is very comfortable, and it's nice to have AC though not needed most of the time. We love this building because it's a very short walk to a relatively uncrowded beach with perfect sand and water. The building next door has a shop where you can buy any last minute beach gear without having to even drive through Kihei. But the unit has everything we needed for the beach. And Leslie was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the Kihei Surfside. This unit is on the top floor on the mauka end of the building with views of the ocean and mountain. The unit is very spacious and worked well for our party of four adults and infant. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating. The unit was very clean and modern with AC in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen was fairly well stocked pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. It would be nice if there were a few added extras like ziploc bags and tupperware and pads for the mop (a mop was provided but we couldn't find any pads). There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys and snorkel gear which we were very grateful for. The master bed and bath is very nice. The second bedroom is a bit dark. The living room and kitchen are very bright with beautiful views. The complex sits on right on the ocean and is just south of the Kihei boat ramp. There is a pool and BBQ for guest use as well as putters and bocce ball sets you can borrow from the front office to use at the adjacent park. There is no sand beach directly in front of the complex, but you can walk just past the Mana Kai condo complex next door onto Keawakapu Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. At the south end of Keawakapu Beach is the Wailea Beach Path.There are restaurants and shops within walking distance (about 1-1.5 mi. away) or a short drive away (5-10 min.). Overall, an excellent unit. We would return again.

Great Maui Get-away

This 2 BR 2 bath condo was just perfect for our group. We rented this property and another 2 floors below. We loved the corner location and the panoramic views of ocean and volcano. The recent remodel makes the place both attractive and functional. The large kitchen provided opportunities for breakfast and the large refrig held all of our Costco booty. We cooked on the community gas bbq most nights. It's a great opportunity to meet and talk with other guests. The beds are comfortable and the fans help to keep the bedrooms (especially needed in the small bedroom) tolerable. . At night, we left the doors open to both bedrooms to maximize the effect of the ocean breezes. The breeze cools the living room in the evening, especially when the front door is left open! The condo is well appointed and we love the Kihei Surfside location. The whole complex is comfortable without being pretentious. Beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas are in the apartment for your use. And we loved having our own washer and dryer. No problems with check-in and we received prompt responses to our questions before arriving. Breakfast on the lanai is a great way to start the day, and sunset on the resort grounds is a wonderful way to finish. One note, the birds get quite frisky at sunrise and sunset. And there is a feral rooster who makes it his job to sound the sunrise alarm at about 4:20 a.m. A good set of ear plugs will serve you well. We'll definitely be back!

Great location and great stay

We loved everything about the property including the location, beach access, access to amenities, etc. We just did not expect to disturbances in the early morning by rooster crowing but we got accustomed to them and realized that they were a staple in Kihei. The property did not have central air so we relied the portable AC unit that was provided. The bedroom only had ceiling fans as the standing fans did not work. We still loved the stay.

Beautiful location, breathtaking views and great location.

There’s only one cooling system in living room which does not cool down bedrooms. They were stifling at night. We had to buy toilet paper, house keeping left what was on roll and one spare. We stayed 10 days and were gone nearly every day, but this wasn’t enough. Rooster are EVERYWHERE in Maui and crow throughout night.

Fabulous

Top floor condo with a beautiful view of the ocean from the main living room as pictured, and also from the master bedroom. Full kitchen. Our stay was during what is hopefully the tail end of the pandemic and also construction of the pool area (not noisy though for the grounds remodel, but it was blocked off). Typically the complex has various activities, but due to Covid these were ceased, but not a big deal at all as we hadn't anticipated them anyway. The property is very close to Wailea so very south Kihei. Kihei shops are a walkable distance (about a mile away), but most people drive. There is a sandy beach just on the other side of the complex that I'd get up before sunrise to walk along - so peaceful and beautiful. One thing to be aware of is that there are roosters roaming about and their wakeup call is between 1 and 2 AM, but with the bedroom window closed you can barely hear them. We kept bedroom windows closed at night but the main living slider open to allow the cool ocean breeze to come through and you won't notice the roosters morning calls with the bedroom doors closed. It is a beautiful place and you'll enjoy it. We appreciate the owners opening this up for others to enjoy. Mahalo.

We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay in our oceanfront Maui suite. The pool construction will be finished in early September and we are looking forward to enjoying the beautiful new pool and landscaping. In the meantime, Keawakapu beach beckons!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is walking distance to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. The condo was a perfect set up for our family. It had all we needed for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
