Very enjoyable stay at Little Landmark

This was our first return to St Lucia for 6 years. The villa is in a great location on the Cap Estate, the development is secure and feels safe at all times. It benefits from a delightful communal pool which is not too busy. The villa itself has a small plunge pool which is great for children. Little Landmark is bright and airy, the beds are very comfortable and overall it offers good value for money.

Fabulous villa in great location

The villa was beautiful and the location second to none. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived but Zaneia and Anthony (property management company) sorted them out very quickly. All in all a great place to stay and I would love to return. Communication with Kevin, in the run up to our stay was also excellent.

FABULOUS SPOT!

Fantastic location in Gros Islet (Pitons are a long drive or quaint sail away just FYI)! Fabulous property is exceptionally private and calming with beautiful clean grounds and pools! Unit is fully loaded with amenities and very roomy with great AC for nighttime sleeping if you need that. St Lucia is exceptional and highly recommended for all ages! Must check out the Naked Fisherman for a beachfront and delicious meal!

Great place!

As first time visitors to St. Lucia, we were fortunate enough to rent this super place in the Rodney Bay Area. Close to town, beaches and restaurants, but secluded and secure. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Debbie, who 'manages' the villa was terrific. She was there to greet us on our arrival and was full of suggestions for local activities. Would definitely return!

VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY

We found the condo to be exactly how it has been described. The owner and property manager were excellent to deal with and they were always willing to provide assistance and advice if needed. The amenities at the Cotton Bay resort really add to experience and make the condo location ideal for relaxation. Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island and Gros Islet are a short distance away and easy to get to. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for quality accommodations.

Great stay at Little Landmark

The property was just as advertised online. The communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Our villa was clean and we enjoyed the pool on property. Our only complaint was the washer/dryer wasn't working properly. The noise coming from the dryer was so loud and definitely needs repair. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful new pool this year!

Once again we had a wonderful week at Little Landmark. The addition of the pool this year was a welcome sight. It was a great place to visit with the other vacationers, or enjoy an evening dip to cool down before bed. We love our annual visit to Saint Lucia, knowing that we have excellent, quality accommodation. We would highly recommend this condo, especially if you're planning an extended stay. Thanks Kevin!

Excellent value for the price

Property was clean and spacious; definitely recommend a car to get around to beaches and so on. Nice views over the golf course, and community pool area was empty on the rare occasion we used it. Can see that there are things they are working to improve and upgrade within the property. No issues with ants in the kitchen, which is great! Highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay in a secure area.

Fantastic Trip!!!

Kevin & Susan, We had a great time at your villa. Absolutely loved the location. We do not like to stay around all the traffic areas and your place was perfect. We traveled all over the island by car. The Pitons, Soufriere, Sugar Beach, Reduit Beach-jetskied twice, Cap Maison, Le Sport Beach-beautiful sunsets and alot more. Your place was great and very spacious. We had everything we needed. The northern part of the island is by far the best place to stay. Again, thank you so much!! We highly recommend it to others!!!

Excellent, secluded location with an engaging owner

This property is just as advertised. Spacious for a family of four (could easily accommodate six). Located on a golf-course and away from the busy area of the town. This also means that you need to have a car to get around, including food. The roads leading to the property could be a lot better. Google, clearly has not done a good job investigating the actual ground situation. Google Maps always lead you to dead ends, dirt roads or worst - houses while looking up this property. Do NOT rely just on Google Maps. Get assistance from the property manager. The owner, Kevin, is a very helpful and responsive person. He even organized a taxi for us as our rental car reservation was not confirmed until we landed. Overall, place for a nice relaxed get away.

Great place for a relaxed stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a month. This is a great unit for a quiet getaway/retreat. It was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our home time on the comfortable chairs on the back patio, so much that we rarely used the large tv or living room furniture. The grounds were well manicured and spotless. It is in a nice area, just a couple minutes away from beaches and Rodney bay/Gros Islet which is full of eateries etc. Deborah was friendly, amazing and helped with any questions we had and dealt with things promptly. You should feel safe in the area as there is security. Suggested restaurants - #1 is Dukes that is open on fri and sat night in Gros islet. It is super busy on fri night and sat night is a bit quieter. Best bang for your buck and delicious. #2 flavours of the grill in gros islet Reduit Beach is fantastic!

Luxory Condo Bliss

Condo was as described and photos were accurate. Layout was very functional and the property was clean & well maintained. Condo had many premium upscale touches. Please note this condo is unit #18 out of about 20 units total, located in a gated community with security. This property is very private & quiet. Also note this property is in the elite neighborhood amongst many million dollar homes. The owner & property manager both provided excellent communication & customer service and I was greeted in person with keys and a walk thru of the unit during check in. This unit is a 5 minute drive to Rodney Bay where there are many restaurants and grocery stores at hand. One thing we really enjoyed was the membership card to Cap Maison resort which allowed us entry to this lovely resort with larger pools and fine restaurants.

Spacious villa - great for families

Our family enjoyed our two week stay at Villas on The Green (Little Landmark). The villa and amenities were well maintained and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Everything that we needed was available. The linen supply was more than sufficient. Beach towels, bath towels etc. The clothes drying rack came in very handy. The only (minor) issue that we had was, the patio screen-door was not in the best shape and had to be handled with care to avoid further damage. We rented a car since we were familiar with the island and the roads. The villa itself is in a quiet location, about a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, Reduit Beach and the Rodney Bay area which is the hub of tourist activity in the north. Debbie, the villa manager was amazing. The security staff were pleasant. We felt very safe and would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful location - slow resolution of a cleanliness issue

We are experienced travellers to St Lucia, and have stayed at other Villas in the same complex previously. Family members owned one of them for many years. Unfortunately Little Landmark is now very dated and in need of modernisation. Upon our arrival there were issues with an active rodent infestation, including droppings in the beds and kitchen. The property management company eventually dealt with it but only on day 4 of the stay. We were responsible for throwing the dead rodent out and it was not good having young kids in a property with rat poison. The owner never engaged with us at all, however we appreciated the property management company gifting us a family dinner at a local restaurant. The shared facilities including pool and gardens are great. We love St Lucia and had a fabulous trip, just a shame that the initial days were impacted by visiting mice!

Stay at Little Landmark villa

The Villa is located in a gated community, the gate is manned 24hrs. The Villa was pleasant with 2 good sized bedrooms both with en-suite, one with balcony. The view was beautiful and grounds/pool well kept. We only saw one other family using the pool in the 10 days we were there. The only thing that would be an improvement is if there was air con downstairs. Alexander from the property company was waiting to let us in on arrival and checked in with us/was attentive throughout our stay. The Villa is not really within walking distance of town but we had a car so it was not an issue, Rodney Bay with a supermarket & nice restaurants and Redduit Beach only 10 minute car ride away, we had breakfast a couple of times at Sandals which was very nice. Having visited Soufrier & Castries, definitely think Rodney Bay Area the nicest. People in St. Lucia were very friendly, it’s not cheap so bring adequate spending money to ensure you can enjoy activities on offer. Our flight home was a late one and the owner kindly allowed us a late check-out which was much appreciated.

A very quiet peaceful setting

The villa is very comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay, comfortable beds and good aircon in the bedrooms, but non in the living areas, there were fans in all rooms, but the motors in them were very noisy, so couldn’t use the one in the bedroom at night. Debbie was fantastic, always on hand for any little problem and manager of a very good fish place on Friday and Saturday nights called Dukes, which was excellent. I found the showers in the villa were almost useless, really poor flow and no power, but Debbie did warn us of this. For the first 3 or 4 nights we were woken at 3am by a running water noise, but we discovered it was the splash pool from the neighbours property, so we managed to turn the power off to it and sleep much better, we also let the neighbour know about the problem, which seemed to be just the pool was not full enough of water, and so bubbled above the jets, just needed filling, but they hadn’t done it before we left. The villa was a little isolated, so definitely need a car , but with the car only 10 mins from Rodney bay, but this made it very relaxed and quiet. The pool was very nice and not used by many people. If you want a quiet relaxed holiday this is the villa for you, it’s very nice. WiFi was ok and tv very good.

Family trip

There are definitely pros and cons of this rental. None of which were absolute dealbreakers but there are a few things that travelers should be aware of. Pros Comfortable beds and a nearly empty pool every day - we had no problem getting loungers and private time in the pool every day. All needed cookware Price point is reasonable Close to Rodney Bay Marina and excellent restaurants Kevin was easy to reach during the booking process and there is a local representative (Shanta) who was responsive whenever we had questions. 24 hour security/gated community Cons Wifi is spotty Being on a golf course means lawn maintenance is happening early in the morning (7:30-8am) They are building an apartment complex nearby (as of Dec 2023) that means you have nearly constant drilling/pounding/truck noise during the daylight hours in the distance - it was quite distracting at times. Stairs to the bedrooms are steep and have no railing - no pictures are in the listing - but it is worth noting for those with small children/elderly. I was traveling with my mother who is 3 mo. post op from a knee replacement and it was challenging for her to navigate without a railing. Unit is clean and welcoming but could use some updating - multiple cabinets are not tracked right and the dryer is loud - sounds like something is off in it. I did mention this to the property manager so she did say she was going to look into these things.

Just Loved it!

Thanks Kevin for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo. Once we arrived after a long day of travel your place was a breath of fresh air, Deb met us at the Marina and followed her up a windy road in the dark and was very happy when we saw the condo and complex. By the way Deb is a rock star, such a nice lady great to have her there if any problems. I thought maybe I made a mistake booking a place not on the water but up in the mountains but after a day of fun and sun on the beach or on a boat tour or experiencing the entire island it was nice to get away from it all Villas on the Greens. We cooked in a lot, great grocery store Massey close by but the one in Rodney Bay at the mall was the best. The beds where great, the kitchen was great everything was great love this place and would be back, nowhere else I would go , and we went everywhere on the island and saw a lot of resorts but Villas on the Greens is our kind of place. Very clean as well and my wife is very fussy about that kind of stuff and it got 5 stars on that subject. The only negative and it is really not a negative is the water never gets hot, it is solar powered so in the afternoon it is the hottest and mornings are cold but got good at 2 minute showers plus it is hot there all the time so it really is no big deal. Try the naked fisherman for lunch and dinner, it is amazing on the beach in a private cove, unreal and Reel Deal Boat tours to the Pitons, mud baths, they take you everywhere and are just so fun, find them at Pigeon Island beach , the best time, beers and Rum on the power boat is great as well. Thanks again, we will be back.

J'ai passĂ© de superbes vacances dans une villa superbe et je prĂ©cise trĂšs trĂšs proche oĂč il ne manque rien l'appartement est complet sur tous les plans, le personnel agrĂ©able rĂ©actifs on se sens en sĂ©curitĂ© et tout le monde de est gentil, je reviendrai et je recommande fortement sans soucis ,le seul inconvĂ©nient c'est qu'il fait ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ© mais sa ne m'a pas gĂȘnĂ© plus que sa.

Landmark - St. Lucia

A great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the many areas closer to the bays and beaches. Just what we were anticipating. Working with Kevin, the owner, and the property management team was seamless. One downsize was the internet was not working when we arrived, but was taken care of the next day. It went down again, over the week-end, The provider told property management to just re-boot it. I did do that but am usually reluctant to try any "fix" on systems that I do not control with my purse strings. Only thing we missed was having a BBQ grill.

Beautiful clean villa with fantastic views!

Very clean and comfortable house stocked with all the amenities you need, especially the kitchen. Debbie, the local representative, was very helpful and informative and was a lovely person to deal with. The complex is safe, quiet and the grounds are very well kept with friendly security and staff. Would recommend renting a car in order to get around and see the beauty of the island. We used Sean from Cosmopolitan Car Rentals on Kevin’s recommendations who were excellent to deal with. They also provided our airport transfers and had our car waiting at the Villa. We really enjoyed our month stay at the Little Landmark and would return again. Thank you Kevin for allowing us to use your place.

We are the Lamb family from Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada. For many years our family operated a beach-side cottage resort called Landmark on the Beach located on the gorgeous shores of Georgian Bay. We enjoyed helping people make their summer beach vacations awesome. We still own a beachfront cottage and love sharing it with family and friends. As Canadians, we use our local cottage only during the summer months. Wouldn't it be wonderful, we asked ourselves, to take advantageous of beautiful summer weather all year long? We christened our Caribbean 'cottage' Little Landmark in honor of our mum who created our family business and all those cottage memories. After we visited St. Lucia, we fell in love with this beautiful country—a small island that gave us a big welcome! When the opportunity to purchase a new condo from the builder came along in Villas on the Green, we jumped at the chance to own a piece of paradise. We use our Caribbean getaway for one month every winter. We rent a car (really affordable and easy to arrange) and divide our time between touring the island, playing golf, enjoying the nightlife, and just being beach bums. The rest of the year, we offer this beautiful condo to you as your own Caribbean home away from home.

Condo vacations represent the best of both worlds, combining the wonders and indulgences of being on holiday with the pleasures, conveniences, and affordability of home.
