Enjoyed our 2 week stay.
We chose the property for its location as well as privacy. It was very private in a cul-de-sac just off North Scottsdale Road. The patio, pool, hot tub and grounds were very private as well as quiet, despite the property being on a road. Our first impression was one of a very clean, well presented house. Lots of space. As we were staying in the property as a couple, for 2 weeks and got to settle into the property we found that it lacked the personal touches that many of the homes we have rented before, as well as after this, one in Palm Springs. It felt to us it was more of a corporate let. Simple things like no cups and saucers, no actual glass, wine or champagne glasses. These are basic and to a degree expected when you rent someone home.As mentioned the patio, pool and hot tub were excellent. The grounds well maintained. There were two wooden sun beds provided. We thought it strange that there were only two, considering how many the house slept! We did have friends come visit for the day however, despite our searching the whole property we could not find any additional beds! When we arrived there was no iron or board. After being told by the agent to search the property, we finally got them to delivery one. Again, a minor oversight, but it did make us feel that the property is just cleaned after each use, but not actually checked that everything is there as well working. Such as the wine fridge in the kitchen. The control for the fans in the bedrooms etc
