The space
Our newest design allows you to unwind and relax. A modern contemporary home is ready for your stay with all the amenities and commodities you need. ** NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building, stairs are not optional, there is no elevator nor ramp for use.**

As you enter the home with the self check in code you will see the living area, dining room and kitchen open concept modernly decorated.

The living area with gray love seat and sofa welcomes you along with a full size mirror along the window with a storage ottoman with board games available for everyone to enjoy. Please note the ottoman is not for seating only for storage (couches are not for sleeping nor standing). A 55” Samsung Smart TV finishes off the living room with all the streaming services available, Netflix, Hulu, etc. (No credentials are given, nor Cable or Antenna)

Beautiful entry table with modern art and décor, wall hooks and a throw blanket to cozy up on the sofa are available for your use to make your stay more comfortable. There is plenty of seating for everyone to have a lovely meal together in our gray wood dining table for 6 people. Behind the dining table there's a bookshelf with a USB and C-type outlet for your convenience as well as a cart with snacks such as chips, granola bars and popcorn for you to enjoy.

The kitchen space has a functional and modern aesthetic throughout. It is fully equipped for cooking, it features a gas range, refrigerator, double sink with a garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. We also have a dishwasher for you not to worry about doing the dishes. The kitchen is completed with coffee, sugar, K-cups, cooking oil, and spices.

As you make your way towards the bedrooms you will first find the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub with great water pressure. The vanity is stocked with toiletries, led mirror and hairdryer. Please feel free to use any of the toiletries we left behind for our guests. The washer and dryer are also on the hallway, along with our forget basket, you are welcome to take anything you might have forgotten for your trip, (pain killers, razors, toothbrushes, sewing kit, sanitary napkins, batteries, phone chargers, etc)

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton bedding. Hanging lamps are added from the ceiling to keep the side tables free of space for your phone. There are also extension cords available on each side table.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton bedding and night stands. The room is completed with a standing desk for WFH or schoolwork along with hanging lamp, pens, highlighters, sticky notes, and paper are all available for your use. The WIFI password is also written on the standing desk.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton bedding, walk in closet, private bathroom with great water pressure. USB and C-type outlet is provided by the side table along with a cube storage organizer. Blackout curtains are installed in all the bedrooms for a great sleep regardless of the time of day.

Each bedroom has their own closet with hangers and a laundry hamper. AC and heating is controlled by one central thermostat found in the hallway between the bedrooms meaning the same temperature will be shared between the entire house. Ceiling fans are fully functional for all bedrooms.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. Facing the front driveway and back alley.

Please note our building is a multiplex neighborhood. You'll sometimes hear loud music from the apartments next door and around the area. Acute noise levels can be present at times.
