HarbourBay Residences is conveniently located next to HarbourBay ferry Terminal, hardly a 1 min walk.
Newly renovated and furnished, this cozy condo apartment has 2 full sized bedrooms which can sleep 5 large adults comfortably, living room, dining room, full kitchen, washroom/toilet, balcony and laundry area.
All living rooms and are fully air conditioned and equipped with Smart Tv's, ceiling fan and a full sized wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, range hood, microwave oven, 2 door fridge, utensils, cookware and crockery.
The living room has a 3+1+1 full leather sofa set and a full sized Smart TV.
My most favorite space in the apartment will be the balcony which provides a clear scenic view of the condo's swimming pool. A cup of morning coffee is best enjoyed here.
