This is an absolutely incredible, renovated, luxury suite located at the Channel Marker Resort in the sought-after Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, ocean and marsh view, 2 bedroom apartment. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 8 guests.

In Fall 2020 some beautiful updates were done including new hurricane sliders being installed, providing safety and stunning unobstructed ocean views. All the windows were replaced as well! In Spring of 2022 all new luxurious wood look LVT flooring was installed providing a beautiful elegant look to the unit! In Spring of 2023 the kitchen was completely renovated and features brand new cabinets and much more! The master bathroom was also updated with a brand new shower with sliding glass doors!

Entering into the condo to the right guests will find the first bedroom. This bedroom is considered the guest suite and features a bunk bed with a trundle, large dresser with flat screen TV on top, ceiling fan, a closet, and access to the guest bathroom from the guest room, as well as the hallway. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 3rd floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a brand new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, two accent chairs, two side tables, ceiling fan, a play station three, a large flat screen TV, a coffee table and access to the ocean view balcony. The balcony overlooks the sparkling swimming pool as well as breath taking views of the ocean and marsh! Want to know if the pool is busy, just walk out to to the balcony.

Just behind the living area is the dining room area. This area features a table with seating for 6! The kitchen is also located just behind the dining area. The kitchen was renovated with brand, new cabinets, stove, refrigerator, granite countertops and tile backsplash. This space features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from The Channel Marker. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer just behind the accordion style doors as you walk into the kitchen area! Guests will love the convenience of being able to run a load of laundry right in the unit!

Across from the living and dining area is the master bedroom! This space features a king size bed, two night stands, a dresser with flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, access to the ocean view balcony from the sliding glass doors directly in the bedroom, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, vanity, and mirror.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests should also note that this unit is not pet friendly! Any evidence of pets in this unit will result in fines and or immediate removal from the property!

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Channel Marker is located in the sought-after Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It offers the ultimate beachside living experience. The property is a small 18 unit resort that is very quiet and peaceful! Being on the North end of town, guests can easily commute to central Myrtle Beach within 10 minutes. A very short drive or Uber! North Myrtle Beach is about the same distance away. This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. This property also has several public entrances to the beach directly across the street!

**Please be advised that this unit is located on the 3rd floor and this resort does not have elevators! Guests will need to take the steps to the 3rd floor to access this vacation rental but rest assured the view is worth every step!
