Nestled on a hillside, this garden suite has a private entrance, street parking and a large, private outdoor patio with fireplace. Two bathrooms. Abundance of wildlife in a spacious yard. The kitchenette is stocked with all you'll need for a light continental breakfast as well as snacks. The bed is queen-size, and the bedroom has blackout shades. Dedicated thermostat in the hallway. The property was very clean and provided a relaxing environment to stay in. Cynthia and Bob were very helpful with anything we needed and very knowledgeable about the area. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the local nature and their house was nearby great restaurants and local shopping districts. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy all Napa has to offer.

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful property. Very spacious and well appointed. Cynthia and Bob made sure all of the niceties were ready for when we arrived. The backyard and patio made for a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

We loved this property and out stay! The hosts had great communication before and during our stay. The property was lovely and in a great location. We felt so comfortable and at home and we really appreciated the extra special touches from the hosts. If we return to the Napa valley in the future, this is our preferred spot to stay!!!

Cynthia and Bob’s place was a great base for our travels around Napa and Sonoma. They greeted us in person which was very nice, and were just lovely. We appreciated the extras they provided, it felt more like being at home than in a rental. The set up of the suite is perfect. Very enjoyable and always prompt responses from them throughout the entire process.

Short Napa winery tour stay

Short weekend Napa trip on this beautiful property. The owner had detail instruction so we will not have any issue checking in, and she gave us a tour of the home when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood and bit long but walkable distance to Napa downtown.I would come back here for my next trip!

We enjoyed a great weekend stay in Cynthia and Bob's guest suite. They were fabulous hosts and took care to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in a fantastic location very close to downtown but set back in a quiet neighborhood with deer who visited the backyard in the morning.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here, it was just perfect! Bob and Cynthia went above and beyond providing treats for us including fresh bread, wine, fruit, coffee, soda and waters among other things. The place is lovely and very private from the whole house. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful. We will definitely be back if we make it to La Onda fest another year. Perfect stay during Napa trip

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the morning we enjoyed coffee by the outdoor fireplace and even saw deer. The two bathrooms were a real treat. Hoping to visit Napa again and we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay!

Peaceful, comfortable stay in Napa!

Our stay at Cynthia and Bob's place was fantastic! We were welcomed by the owners when we arrived to show us around the place - and it is lovely. The bedroom is spacious and it was a bonus for my husband and me to each have our own bathrooms. We appreciated the special touches the hosts provided - a loaf of delicious cranberry walnut bread from a local bakery, a bottle of wine, fruit, and other snacks and drinks, which made it feel like home. The outdoor patio is gorgeous! While we didn't see any of the deer that live in the neighborhood, we loved the peace and quiet it provided, all while being very close to all that Napa has to offer. We would love to stay again in the future!

Great Hosts

Bob and Cynthia know the area and did a lot of extra research to suggest restaurants and things to do. Lots and lots of info. The bread and wine and fruit they provided were excellent and greatly appreciated. The bed was a little softer than what we are used to. The bathroom set up was a definite plus Overall an excellent experience ! We relaxed in comfort. The house is close to downtown Napa and within walking distance. Very gracious hosts.

We're located in the Alta Heights neighborhood. It's a desirable place to live and one of the oldest in the area. Downtown Napa is very walkable in about 30 minutes. There you'll find a big selection of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, music and other entertainment.
