Our home is very private, yet close to all amenities. We are part of a lovely gated community and country club, complete with full fitness facility, large outdoor pool, tennis, pickleball and wonderful dining facilities with the best outdoor patio in the area. Country Club membership is included for the duration of your rental.
There is a large Primary Bedroom with a California King-sized bed and a full updated ensuite bathroom. There is also a roomy Guest Bedroom with another California King bed. Two more people can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the Office. The guest bathroom and office are served by another full bathroom. The home is "open concept" living at its best with a large living/dining area, beautifully decorated in Tuscan/Southwest style. The updated kitchen is open to the living space so that you feel part of the action even when you are preparing meals.
The home is fully equipped with sheets and towels and all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces in the kitchen. There is a large office and dedicated workspace for those days when you need to check in at work. There are TV's in both bedrooms and in the main living area so you will never have to miss your favourite shows.
Outside, in our south facing back garden we have an 8 person hot tub, a gas BBQ, dining area for 6 people and a comfy love seat lounger.
There is parking available for one car in the garage and another on the driveway.
We are 15 minutes north of the fashionable shops of Kierland Common and Scottsdale Quarter. We are 10 minutes south of the more rustic towns of Carefree and Cave Creek. We are 10 minutes away from 3 wonderful public golf courses and 10 minutes away from beautiful scenic hikes. We are a short (5 minute) drive from grocery shopping; and there are many wonderful restaurants nearby.
We love this home so much that we spend 3 months of the year here ourselves . . . but it is just too wonderful not to share with others.
