Welcome to your private mountain retreat—where luxury, space, and nature come together. This exceptional property features a 5-bedroom main cabin + separate 2-bedroom cottage, ideal for large groups who want to stay together without sacrificing privacy.



At no time may occupancy exceed 17 GUESTS—any over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.



The main cabin is warm and inviting, with an open-concept living space, stunning stone fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens—perfect for hosting. Enjoy endless entertainment with a game room (pool table + foosball) and a one-of-a-kind custom bunk room that guests can’t stop talking about. A dedicated coffee bar with drip and Keurig makes mornings effortless.



Step outside to your expansive deck, complete with a full outdoor kitchen (Traeger, propane grill, Blackstone)—made for unforgettable gatherings. End the day soaking in the private hot tub, surrounded by peaceful pine trees and fresh mountain air.



The private 2-bedroom cottage offers its own kitchen, bathroom, and deck—perfect for couples or extended family wanting their own quiet space.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the main cabin garage only-not the cottage garage. Please do not tamper with the garage at the cottage. There will be various owner closets that will be locked- please leave the locks alone.

**If you have excess trash that does not fit into the bins, you can either haul it off or I will charge a $10 per bag haul off fee. **



The Neighborhood:

Given the stunning scenery and its adjacency to various outdoor pursuits, Granite Ridge in Shaver Lake is a destination that caters to nature lovers, outdoor adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful retreat in the midst of captivating mountain landscapes. The neighborhood exudes a serene charm that makes it a popular choice for individuals and families looking to embrace the beauty of the Sierra Nevada region.



Getting Around:

This cabin has a large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4-6 vehicles. Please only use main driveway & lower right driveway only. The lower driveway on the left is the neighbors, please do not park there (when you're looking up at the cabin, our parking is on the right).

No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.

No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.

There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.



Other Things to Note:

4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E)

No outdoor fires are allowed in the Granite Ridge subdivision.

If you're caught with a pet, you will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fee-owners are highly allergic.
