This three bedroom two and a half bath home is located in Marina Cove at Reynolds Lake Oconee with direct access to a shared dock and a nearby shared boat ramp. Guests can launch boats or use the provided canoe and two kayaks to explore calm cove water and nearby lake channels.
Outdoor areas include upper and lower decks that extend living space outside. These areas provide room for dining relaxing and spending time near the water throughout the day.
Inside the home features an open living and dining area paired with a fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday use. Bedrooms are located on the upper level with two full baths and a half bath on the main level for convenience.
Dogs are welcome with a fee allowing guests to travel with pets while maintaining a clean and well cared for home.
The Marina Cove location within Reynolds offers easy access to the lake marinas grocery options dining and local services while keeping water access easy.

NO smoking of anything inside the house.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring camera.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
