Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features 2 full sized bed with smart TV

Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with smart TV.

Bedrooms 3 is furnished with a queen sized bed with Smart-TV

Bedroom 4 is furnished with 2 queen sized bed with a Smart-Tv and a master bathroom

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 2 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Bathroom 1 is located off the master bedroom that has access to the pool and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 sits off in the hallway.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This area features new appliances and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views. Possible wear and tear might see in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix the problem, if there will be.

The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 55” Smart TV. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

The patio is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the private pool. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill to relax, fire pit to use and have fun under the string lights.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property for 3 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $50 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

We are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions or concern!

Nestled in a quiet residential area, our community offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Just minutes from The Hard Rock Hotel, the Hollywood area has been described as South Florida's ideal lifestyles.
