What to be aware of:

- Located in Granby, half way between Winter Park and Grand Lake
- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property
- NO A/C due to cool mountain climate 
- No Pets
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
